1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [5528] - this we have had before. Many are the changes in the mental and the physical body since last we had same here. [No copy of earlier readings in E.C.F. files] In the physical, for the most part, these we find very good. In the mucus membranes of the system we find disorders or distortions that need specific care or attention, and that the general attitude of the body as respecting the physical and mental being kept in accord with a purpose, or purport, in the manifestations as come, and as may be experienced by the entity in its aiding and abetting others in an understanding of their relationships as one to another, and as to those conditions as make for the beholding to ideals, rather than of ideas, for in basic forces these must be founded upon that which is secure in the oneness of things, of peoples, of conditions, as make for the whole - as creative forces, rather than as a portion, which makes for discontent, uncertainty, and for those conditions that must bring, not only the secular and individualized conditions as of a nature that makes for a distortion in the experiences of individuals. In the representing and presenting of purposes in individual lives, all phases of an individual's environmental forces must be taken into consideration. In many of those forces as are seen through those influences through which the entity controls its endeavors, these should be confined more and more to those in the astrological influences in the individual; these being tempered by the application of an individual's own will force. Is the will, is the intent, is the purpose of the individual - in the application of the will as respecting conditions in a physical being, secular experiences in the individual's life, in the individual experience, in the present environments, the present influence, the present

hereditary influences as make for conditions in the individual will and mind, as is to be influenced, wavered, or made for a betterment of things - are these grounded in a living ideal? rather than of an ideal of self-aggrandizement in the influences of secular things in life, or in the gratification of desires of the flesh? These, then, will enable THOSE influences, those characterizations and character buildings in the life, to make for a PURPOSEFUL life; not only being used for something but GOOD for something, and will bring more satisfaction, more gratification of that of the spiritual influences as are ever present with every THINKING individual; for motive forces must emanate from an influence, and those influences being of a spiritual creative energy, then that as is builded in the individual will be of a developing nature.

2. In self's own physical being, these have oft wandered far afield, yet the ideal as has oft presented itself in no uncertain ways and manners - having been barred against has made for some combative influences in the experience of the entity - these kept, these grounded in self's experience as CONTACTS are made, knowing that each contact is an opportunity for - not of self-indulgence in the influences as may be brought to bear on the entity to other things in a matter of secular forces in self's own interest, but rather that as of a service, "He that would be servant of all may be master of all", he that would serve without EXPECTANCY God giveth the increase, even as the rain falleth on the just and the unjust alike; knowing that there is not an intent or a thought that is not of that source which makes for power in a revolutionizing of thought in others; for in suffering STRENGTH is gained, even as the wind bloweth where it listeth - one heareth the sound thereof and knoweth not whither it cometh nor whence it goeth, yet that is as of the thought and intent in the individual characterization of self - that out of those forces comes that same in an individual or entity's being; that is, as of the wind - for we understand - in pressure here - there is an atmosphere that is even as easy of indentation as an individual's mental being is raised or lowered by the heat from even those of individuals' TEMPERAMENTAL forces, and as these in the lives of others must show forth from which the emanations, these may be guided as to being creative or destructive. When the will is one with creative forces, as of love, loving kindness - these bring peace, harmony, and an endeavoring in same is lost only when condemnation of self is begun. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Shall I continue the work I am doing with Mrs. [5472], can you give us any suggestions as to its development, and what will the result be? (A) In the endeavors, as the associations one with another, these offer - as we find - a great field for expansion in MANY directions; for while these are separative and distinct in the character, their EMANATIONS or basic forces are of ONE source. So long as that of the purposefulness of the endeavor in each can be kept as one, and as an ideal in the lives of individuals, and each - as individuals - and together as co-workers - can be kept one in a CREATIVE manner, well that these be combined. The influences in the lives of each, then, are helpful most when these are kept in this way and manner, and as to results - leave THESE in the hands of those whom the ENTITIES serve. Would ye serve mammon, expect those to soon turn into such secular channels as to become as Frankensteins to the endeavors. Are these kept in a purposefulness of creating the influence in the lives of those contacted of a CREATIVE nature, then expect that as is desired - as of service; for the laborer is worthy of his hire, and he that entereth with an understanding OF creative forces and purposefulness in such receives that as is just of the Giver of all good and perfect gifts.

4. (Q) Please tell me definitely what work I am best fitted for to make an independent living, and how would be the best way to go about getting it. (A) As indicated, in that field of ASTROLOGICAL influences in the lives of individuals. In this field may the entity apply self in a manner as to attain, maintain, and gain independent influence, yet dependent upon the manner in which same is presented. As to the secular things of life, in union there comes strength - and as one in self unfolds those influences in the lives of individuals, and as the other unfolds that which makes for the building of forces in a mental mind as controls physical and material things in the lives of individuals, these will - in a DEFINITE manner - bring about those things sought.

5. (Q) Should I remain in New York? If not, where would I do the best work? (A) As WE find, in or about such centers, such groups, as may be found in such a center - whether this may be made as of going from place to place, or maintaining such in New York. This may be BEST decided by self and associates, and for the PHYSICAL welfare of the body. Changes become necessary in EVERY condition and phase of life, for they will NOT stand still - they must either progress or go

backward. Do not allow self to become pigeon-holed as to thought. Do not allow self to become as of one that is AFRAID, or of one too sure; knowing that in creative energies only may life be sustained in every phase. That as is done must be constructive.

6. (Q) Please tell me what changes I will make about the first of the year (1931), and if they will be successful? (A) This will be determined most by circumstances, as must be from the taking stock of self, self's associates, self's surroundings, and self's purposes. As to being able, or to give what one WILL do - would be in direct opposition to creative FORCES, for these are of a GROWTH - and are determined in the minds of those that are builders. Will that attempted be builded on a sure foundation, then ONE result MUST be the end. Is it builded on a SHIFTING foundation, another must be the result. Is it builded upon an uncertain, unsafe, and a tottering foundation, another MUST be the result. Take stock. Do not condemn others, nor self - but be constructive and creative in the forces as are in the building of that attempted, and the results will be MOST satisfactory. We are through for the present.
