1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of Mrs. [5529], of ..., Ohio. You will give the conditions of this body at the present time and will answer the questions I ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body. This we have had before.

3. Now, the physical conditions show some improvements since last we had same here. There needs be only that the body occasionally - once a week or once in two weeks - have that thorough relaxation osteopathically, or chiropractically if given properly, applied to the system.

4. Keep the general physical condition in natural response to the physical forces of the body.

5. Occasionally there will be the necessity of such treatments or adjustments to be applied for specific conditions as regarding the sensory coordination with the cerebrospinal sympathetic system. Chiropractically it will require, then, adjustments in the upper cervical and upper dorsal. Osteopathically it will require the full manipulation from solar plexus to the first cervical, with the manipulations about the throat, neck and the ear. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) What can be done for this continual headache? (A) That application of the adjustments or massage that will bring the full coordination between the sensory and sympathetic nerve system, preventing the overflow of blood supply to the head, which is produced from the strangulation, as it were, or the impingement in the lower cervical and the upper dorsal.

7. (Q) Can I get a good man and wife to stay in the house with me? (A) These may be obtained through those regular channels that supply to individuals those needing the services of such individuals. This may be done.

8. We are through for the present.
