1. EC: Yes. Now, as we find, while the conditions mental and physical are such that they may not be entirely eradicated, but these of necessity - from the nature of the conditions, and the effects that are apparent both pathologically and psychically - will need a basis, or that upon which a normal equilibrium may be established, that the physical disorders and the reactions in the mental may be such as to make for that desire that there be the full, complete restoration physically, that the whole may function the better in its environ.
2. The disorders, then, to be dealt with first - for the first things for the body physical should be done first, and in order:
3. There is an unbalancing, or an unequaled activity in the blood supply, for the structural portions of the body to function normally with the sinew, muscular, nerve and brain forces of the system; for with the changes as have come about with the age, with the development, with those things that hinder in the equalizing of the metabolism and the nerve impulses in those portions as affect the system at times, these in the present do not receive their proper impulse from the sources from which the blood supply receives its plasm in the blood stream for the resuscitating of the body to a normal condition.
4. These, then, as we find, first brought to an activity that would be distributed through the system in the changes as would be necessary when this had been begun in the body, we would find will bring that basis from which normalcy may be expected, may be brought about in the body. As we find, this will take some persistence, some consistent activity for the body, that the coordination in mental and physical, the coordination in the activities of the system as to locomotion, as to mental abilities, as to the mental

attributes of the body, may all be brought in accord.
5. Then, we would begin as with this:
6. First we would take the animated or carbon ash, in an eighth grain dose, that there may be more oxygen loosed in the system, but as of the structural portions as well as of the deeper portions of the sinew of the system that is to be effective with the application of the rays; which would preferably be the Infra Red, rather than the ultra-violet, in the beginning. While the dosage would be taken once each day, the red rays should be applied only three times each week - as Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. These, as we would find, should be - at least ONE of these - altered; that is, the application of the ray altered - that the prism of the GREEN light in the red light, or BETWEEN the red light and the body, be used, that there may be a diffusion of those vibrations as would be set up in the system BY the alteration in the color vibration as it affects the system. This, as we find, from the beginning, will make for a different effect in the circulation, especially in the external or the capillary and skin disorder will be improved.
7. These we would keep up for twenty-six days, see - the treatments. That means the application of the ash with the lights. Then we will change for the necessary changes as will be used for the body in the bringing about of normalcy.
8. In the latter portion of this treatment it would be well that there be massaged in the cerebrospinal system equal portions of: Tincture of Myrrh, Olive Oil, and Sassafras Oil. Heat the oil (that is, the olive oil) and add the myrrh, stirring in the Sassafras Oil as this cools. Use only a small portion that may be absorbed by the cerebrospinal centers, or ganglia, in the nerve plexus; especially so in those of the upper cervical, in the nerve plexus; especially so in those of the upper cervical, the brachial center, the solar plexus, over which the light will be applied - when applied; and let it be at least forty inches from the body, and not a longer period than twenty minutes - and over the lumbar, and especially the sacral region.
9. Do this for the period given. Then we will give further instructions.
10. During the period the diet should be preferably that as will assimilate with the system. When nausea occurs at periods, when there are changes - or the eliminations as should be (that are suppressed for the body), use those that

are of a combination as this:
11. Take one ounce of lime water, one ounce of cinnamon water and put these together. Then add 10% solution of Bromide of Potassium twenty minims, 10% solution Iodide of Potassium fifteen minims. The dose will be five to ten drops in half a glass, or quarter glass, of water. This, as we find, will rest the body and prevent the nausea.
12. Do this. We are through for the present. Two copies to Mr. [437] Copy to Cayce file " " Ass'n file
