Time of Reading 10:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, while we find there are many conditions as are very good, we find also those of which the body should be warned, as well as those that give distresses to the physical functioning of the body at times.

2. These conditions, as we find, have to do more with the lymph and lymphatic circulation, and the disturbances as PRODUCE same, as WELL as conditions that affect directly the functioning of the digestive system - especially as is related to the blood's accumulation from assimilation and its activity with the heart forces. No specific organic trouble, other than that as is affected by disturbed functioning OF organs.

3. In the reaction of these conditions, there comes VARIED effects in the system - and these, with the reactions as occur from disturbed conditions in the direct activity of these forces as described, bring the variations in the effects as are brought about in the disturbing forces. Hence we find these conditions. A blood supply sufficient, but in-efficient - in that the disturbance in the assimilation often gives rise to those conditions as bring troubles that are apparent in the pressure as created, and in the effect that same produces in the organs so affected by a disturbed equilibrium in same.

4. In the effect as is seen created in the lymph and the activity of same in portions of the body, creating undue amounts at times and at others becoming that as of producing inflammation in directions of the centers about which same gather at times. These bring distresses of a different nature. These all, as seen, coming from that condition as is produced from the effect of an over stimulation in the body in directions that have been effective in the system for times back, producing these disturbances in a gradual way and manner.

5. As to meeting the needs of these conditions for the body

of [5535], these we find will require time, patience, persistence - yet effective conditions may be brought for the body. These will require both those of medicinal properties, also of the application of the varied forces as will create a different vibration for the functioning OF organs, as is related both to the heart's action, to the lymphatic circulation, and to the digestion. These, then, would be applied for the correction of these conditions; meeting these, then, in THIS way and manner - first we would prepare as this to be used as medicinal properties, as to change the effect of the activities in the system as related to assimilation and the activities as are PRODUCED in the disturbance in same throughout the hepatic circulation, as would affect both the action of the lymphatic forces, also of the stimuli as would come from same in directions that have been OVERACTIVE toward other forces of the system. Prepare, then, as this:

6. Plain garden sage (dried) 6 ounces - this in 1/2 gallon distilled water. Reduce by simmering, not boiling, to 1/2 the quantity. Strain, and while warm add 10 grains ambergris dissolved in 1 ounce of grain alcohol. Dissolve 4 ounces of beet sugar in 2 ounces of hot water (distilled water) and add to same, with 4 ounces of Gordon Gin, 2 drams of Cinnamon - preferably in the stick. Shake the solution together before the dose is taken.

7. The dose should be teaspoonful half an hour before each meal, and upon retiring. This will change the effect of conditions as digestion takes place.

8. The diet should consist principally of those that carry the effectual activity to create new blood and of lymph. No meats, and little of white bread or starches. Preferably all those conditions that have for this body the reaction toward that of the non-acid producing forces for the body.

9. After these properties, this diet, has been adhered to for at least two weeks, we would BEGIN the application of the ultra Violet Ray for the whole of the cerebrospinal system. AFTER each treatment with same (there should not be over three minutes treatment in the greater time, and beginning with only ONE - and at least thirty-eight inches from the body) - after each treatment - and these would be once a week, the gentle massage over the whole system will assist in creating the equilibrium necessary for the system. Preferably this would be given neuropathically, following out from each center those of the nerves that will create new energy for the whole body. Do that, and we will bring near normal forces for this body - but the body must be persistent and consistent with the applications. We are

through for the present.
