Time of Reading ... Company, 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Indiana.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [5540], of The ... Co., Richmond, Indiana, and his associations and relations regarding the distribution of estate of his aunt, Mrs. [...], who lived in Los Angeles, Calif., at the time of her death last June. You will also have [5540]'s desire to help the ones whom he feels the estate should have been left to, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [5540]. Also those associations and those relations as respecting conditions relative to those to whom the body feels there has been an injustice done. These conditions, while the individual feels there has been unethical and the improper conditions shown as respecting distribution of the estate, while with the distribution there was an over zealousness indicated on the part of the aunt - this, however, according to the laws, was in proper shape. The effectiveness of suit, under the existent conditions, might in time bring some returns for those seeking same; yet the trouble, the worry, and most of all the attitudes as would be brought to many individuals concerning those that are in charge of the estate as left, would make same of little value.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) In what way did her original will differ from the second one she made about two years ago? (A) There was a portion of the estate left to those who were the beneficiaries by the relationship.

5. (Q) What was on her mind worrying her so when she was in Boston, Mass., the last time? (A) That of the continued suggestion from others that the truths and tenets espoused by self should take precedence over that as was felt in self should have been, and should be considered.

6. (Q) If she changed her original will about two years ago - (A) She changed.

7. (Q) (Continuing) Who or what influenced her to make the changes? (A) That surrounding, and those conditions that govern the

tenets as espoused by the body.

8. (Q) Upon what basis, if any, can her latest will be set aside under the laws of California? (A) Undue influence on the part of over zealous tenets of the cause espoused, but this - as has been outlined - would only cause a great deal of worry and trouble, and scarcely in dollars and cents - and never in the conditions as would be aroused in the minds and hearts of those so attempting to have same set aside - be of value.

9. (Q) Will the trustees of the Christian Scientist church agree to disregard the 15th clause in her will, as we have asked them to do? (A) We do not find them so! Though there are those who may be paid to do so. Doesn't speak well of Science, does it?

10. (Q) What course should we pursue to effect the changes we are trying to accomplish? (A) It may be only satisfactorily done by the counsel and advice of those who have same in charge attempting to reason with the trustees of the Science movement as respecting injustices done individuals in the face of the facts as surround same.

11. That is all the questions.

12. We are through with this reading.
