1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [5591]. Now, we find there are disturbances in the physical functioning of the body that are both pathological and psychological, and affect the physical forces or functioning of the body, changing or altering in the effects produced by or through the changes of cycle of functioning. Being of this nature, the conditions or causes are hidden, in a manner, and many are the negative tests when these are tests for the various elements of usual significance.

2. The conditions, as we find, have to do mostly, as the basis, with the functioning of glands - and the changes or alterations as are produced in the lymph, lymphatic circulation, and emunctories of the body. Hence those conditions that become both mental, in an aspect, again significant as to a disturbance in the capillary circulation or cuticle, again affecting most in joint or in locomotory centers. These are but the indications and must be taken in their VARIED forms of applications as would bring for the system an even balance, or to bring about a coordination in the vibratory forces as may be set up in the body.

3. In meeting, then, the variations as arise, each portion as affects - or as IS affected in the varied stages or periods of disorder - should be given its proper consideration, for with portions of system being aided by creating the proper alkalins for the blood or for the digestive system - if this is done in such a manner as to produce irritation, or a rash to be seen or experienced in the system, or if THIS is kept in abeyance and there becomes that mental inhibition, that the pains in head or in limbs are from that being taken - while this is not wholly as of neurasthenia, or a neurotic influence, the effects often are as of this nature.

4. Then, we would change the environ. While this becomes, IN changes, that which presents to the body problematical influence - for a higher altitude affects the lungs, while a

low will affect the blood pressure, while in the country - or rarified or clearer air - makes for irritations in throat, eyes, and the lymph circulation, while those in a salt or in an extra iodine, or in an ammonium atmosphere variations occur as to produce as a form of dysentery reaction in the digestive system. These may be altered by the change in the vibratory forces as may be set up in the system, as will affect DIRECTLY the central nervous system as to bring a COORDINATION in same, as to be helpful and aid in bringing a nearer normal reaction.

5. To be sure, there must be the proper MENTAL surroundings, as will aid - for the body must respond MENTALLY as well as physically.

6. This can be done best by producing, THROUGH the nerve system, the proper reactory forces to the sympathetic and cerebrospinal - through the centralization of the circulation from the solar plexus to the base of the brain, or through the medulla oblongata - through the application of low electrical vibratory forces from wet influence, carrying with same - or through same - the small quantities of gold as a resistance in the system, as is made with or through such battery or electrical appliance.

7. Also, in and during the same period, there should be given those fumes that will aid in an absorption, as well as of a reactory influence through the capillaries, doing same with the fumes of a one to twenty of witchhazel, following same with a one to twenty of alcohol and of pure olive oil RUB; and with the diet - KEEPING those as will prevent the reaction to too much sugars in the system.

8. Do THIS for the first fifteen days, to twenty days. Then we may give the changes necessary.

9. Give the vibratory forces from the solar plexus to the second cervical, with this low form of electrical vibration - wet influence; this given thirty minutes every other day. The fumes, THEN the rub, would be given every THIRD day, but DO NOT make same conflict.

10. In the matter of the diet, keep those that carry sufficient IRON - but much of potash and that which carries the vitamins to produce stamina in the nerve energy, or as builds for that of a DESTROYED vitamin through the glands of the adrenals that make for albumin in a state that affects or acts as an acumen in genitive formations.

11. Do that. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Any special climate that would be best for him to go to? (A) Where he may obtain these, as has been outlined, FIRST. THEN we may GIVE that alteration as would be best for such a
