1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5599]. Now, we find, while the body is very good in many respects as to the physical functioning, there are those conditions that cause disturbances in the body, that bring about distresses in the physical functioning at times - especially in the activity of the system as respecting the eliminations, as is related to the portions of the system as regarding the upper hepatic circulation.

2. Now these are conditions as we find them with this body, [5599] we are speaking of:

3. THE BLOOD SUPPLY very good, full, abundant in the supply. In the ASSIMILATION as takes place as regarding the re-constructive forces in and from the assimilation, this above the normal at times. Hence we find an abnormal appetite at times, while with other times this is subnormal. Usually following such conditions does the reoccurrence of the distresses as are produced in the system from the hepatic circulation bring about those pressures in the nervous system as produce the distress or pain in temple and back of neck. These, as we shall see, are then the over supply or rush of blood to the central portions from this abundant supply, and were this long ago - at the first condition as would be met - would be blood-letting. In this, this may be changed through other conditions, as we shall see. In the activity of this then on the system, is to produce the taxation to the liver and the spleen in its activity. In the reflexes from this, we find those pressures as are produced then from the 4th and 5th dorsal - through the secondary cardiac plexus - brings the supply of the nerve energy as should be used in that of the digestive system, through its distribution to the BLOOD strain on head.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find much of the causes of the conditions as are apparent and as exist, in fact, in the

5599-1 Page 2

conditions that cause disturbance. In the cerebrospinal nerve centers, and in that of the sympathetic nerve centers also, do we find these distresses. With the taxation of the system from that existent in the 4th and 5th dorsal, which comes as much from irritation produced there in times back from distresses from the activity of the system to supply sufficient of nerve and blood energy to the throat, bronchials and pleural cavities, as from anything else, this left in system a fullness here. Hence the tendency of the body to overflow and cause blood rush to head, in the FORM of headaches. While sedatives will at times relieve these conditions, they do not remove the causes. Reflexly, we have that as produces then from same - across the lower LUMBAR regions, or the lower dorsal AND lumbar regions, those pressures where the system - in attempting to take care of these conditions - brings more of a dull ache and throbbing, as it were, to the body - as has been, and is being experienced even by the body now - a fullness, heaviness, just across and below the waist line. In the condition produced there, this is in the sympathetic as well as the nerve supply from the 12th dorsal and the 2nd and 3rd lumbar. This, also, is from the position as is occupied by the stomach and the intestines here themselves, or the fullness of same. This, then, a REFLEX condition. The stomach in ITS activity, as we shall see, becomes sympathetic in the return. Hence the abnormal and subnormal appetites that occur at times.

5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, [5599] we are speaking of:

6. Brain forces very good; very good especially in discrimination, and in the study of individuality as applied towards those of one individual to another.

7. The sensory organisms very good; at times there is a fullness in throat, and ears tend to ring or roar. This only a reflex from the central system, as produced from the 4th and 5th DORSAL reflex plexus that comes to lungs, bronchials and upper portion of head.

8. Throat, bronchials and lungs, these are very good in their activity. As has been given, these show the over supply of blood at times in this portion of system, that produce a tendency of hot flushes to the body - and the body then must have air; but not any ORGANIC disturbance in this portion of system.

9. Heart's action nominal, yet above normal in pulsation and in its re-vibration from the fullness of blood supply.

10. In the stomach proper and the digestive system, as given, the stomach NOT in proper position. This produced in

5599-1 Page 3

the early portion of the life - ten to twelve years of age. Here we had then some outside conditions that brought a great jar to the body, and the tendency was afterward of nausea, and then the tendency of the stomach to settle with the pyloric end HIGH. Out of the ordinary, yes! Not that it causes any great distress to the conditions, except the elongation in the aesophagus end or the cardiac end; yet this in itself gives the fullness as is apparent in this portion of the body. Not that fats, nor the flesh - but this tendency to the system to bring more, or an over amount of accumulations of the system that would be called stored energy, flesh, fat, or fatty portions. This may prove harmful later in life unless the proper corrections are made.

11. Then in the LOWER end of the digestive system, where the liver and the digestive system function together, we have the cause of those disturbances of the over creating of a blood supply, also of the disturbance in the hepatic circulation - as in the upper portion of same. This is, then, the trouble to be dealt with, as would be the proper correction of those conditions existent in the lumbar, lower dorsal, and upper dorsal regions - and naturally their ends in nerve energy as they connect with brain centers through cervicals, though the DORSAL and the lumbar regions are those where CORRECTIONS need be made, that the subligations and the conditions where pressure is produced may be relieved; and the system then should take those properties as ELIMINANTS that will produce in the alimentary canal itself that of the reduction of the conditions as to prevent OVER assimilation that may be not taken up in the system in a nominal manner.

12. The liver full and active in excretory and secretive functioning, and at times too active.

13. The kidneys active in that they function NOMINALLY with the lower hepatic circulation, but become cold in their activity - and the reaction from same is the repressions as come to the locomotories, when the body feels tired, stiff, sore, stretchy, and TINGLING sensation across the hips and near the line as would be called that of the belt line.

14. Then, to meet the needs of the conditions, first we would begin with those of that known as Occy-Crystine. Begin with one teaspoonful to two glasses of water. Continue this until there is produced the full activity through the alimentary canal.

15. At the same time, take those of the adjustments osteopathically that will correct those conditions in the dorsal and lumbar region.

5599-1 Page 4

16. Taking also, for self, night and morning, exercises as will vibrate to the work as to be attempted. That is, in the evenings exercise the lower limbs or from the diaphragm down. Of morning the arms, shoulders, head and neck; taking the circulation exercise of head and neck, at least three times forward, three times backward, three times to each side, three times circle; bending the waist line, raising the arms up, down, forward, each way at least three times. Take at least ten to fifteen minutes exercise EACH morning and EACH evening.

17. The manipulations and adjustments should not be taken oftener than twice each week. CONTINUE with the Occy-Crystine for at least twenty-eight days, increasing every seventh day a teaspoonful until there is at least FOUR teaspoonsful taken in EIGHT glasses of water, see? Do that. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) Any suggestions regarding the diet? (A) Not an over amount of meats. The body's a very good dietician, as far as that's concerned! Be rather consistent in the eating, and do not overeat nor undereat. Just be normal.

19. (Q) What causes weakness in the leg when standing? (A) The tendency of the blood to flow up rather than down, as has been explained from those conditions as exist from the blood supply going from the liver toward the UPPER portion of the body rather than the lower portion of body for equal distribution to body. Hence the relieving of the pressure as is seen in the lumbar and lower dorsal region, with the tightening up of those conditions as exist in the UPPER dorsal and cervical region, will EQUALIZE the blood supply (and nerve energy with it), and produce equal coordination throughout the system. Do that, for we will find the body will improve in twenty-eight days to feel entirely different, nearly normal activity. We are through for the present.
