Time of Reading 3:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions as surround same here, [5609] - this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, the conditions in the body-physical are better than when we had them before. There should be remembered by the body that the conditions being corrected have been builded over a long period of time, and had become rather of constitutional conditions, and the body - attempting to adjust itself to those new relations - does at times have what may be termed apparent relapses; yet with the continued treatments and rests there has been built rather a constitutional condition of better coordination and cooperation of the body throughout.

3. As we find, with another series of rest and a series of treatments these should so align the whole system that only occasional treatments, or precautionary measures, after such period, would be necessary.

4. We would occasionally take the colonics to relieve the drosses of the system. We would use that to prevent irritation after such treatments, either - or possibly better to alternate: Once when taken, during this series, use the Glyco in the last water injected, and use about 2 ounces to the gallon and a half of water. The next period use - in the gallon and a half of water, about 2 ounces of Magnesia - or that which is of the chalk or magnesia basis - stirred thoroughly into the water, that the sedimentation, or the irritation and the sedimentation from the water, may be alkalin in its reaction.

5. Occasionally we would take the sweats; not so many, but the thorough working out - and the adjustments or manipulations - following these.

6. About half the number of the sitz baths, as we find, would be sufficient in the next series of treatments.

7. For those pains in the lower limbs, and for the strains that have been in the arches and feet - in the burses, in the frontal portion, also in the back or heel portion, we

5609-5 Page 2

would use - after the treatments, and the suggestions for corrections coming from treatments - that as would be massaged into same, made in this manner: Russian White Oil.............2 ounces, Rub alcohol...................2 ounces, Witchhazel..................1/2 ounce, Tincture of Myrrh...........1/2 ounce. Shake this together thoroughly, and use just sufficient as will be absorbed by the feet and lower limbs as this is massaged into same. This will strengthen the muscular forces and relieve that strain which comes from standing, or walking at times, or the tendency of cramps - and this will remove corns, too, if used properly!

8. In the matter of the diet, we would keep very much in the same way and manner as has been already outlined.

9. As for the conditions that have formerly worried the body, these we find - as we have given - are even better healed, for the tissue in the membranes of lungs are CLEARER than they have been in the past. This is the cause of those periods when there is a feeling as of a breath of air, or coldness; or at others of hot and cold sensations through portions of the lungs. These are clear from ANY form of activity; only a little phlegm is shown occasionally.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Should sitz baths be taken cold or hot? (A) Tepid.

12. (Q) Is there any part of colon that needs special attention when giving irrigations? (A) These are in much better condition. There is not so much tendency of the prolapsus. That at the end of the transverse, and the beginning of the descending, needs the most attention. This may be done best, as we find, just before the irrigation is given, or just after - or alternated, by a gentle massage in this area - which, as we would see, would loosen that which would be of hindrance, or distribute over the walls of the intestine that left as sediment - either in the Glyco or other sediment.

13. (Q) Why do I have so much gas after irrigations? Can this be avoided? (A) The body hasn't been as particular in the cleansing, or of the non-acid left in the intestine. With some of the disorders that have been natural from the irritations in portions, there has been the tendency to produce fermentation and gas. If these are used as we have given, we will find these will be much better.

14. (Q) What causes nausea at times, also unpleasant feeling after breakfast? How can this be avoided? (A) Before the breakfast there should be a little exercise of the upper portion of the body; that is, the head and neck, forearm, arms swinging up, above and about, so that the circulation is set more in order - and the nausea won't appear! At other periods most of the nausea comes from imaginative forces; that is, that which is builded by the mental attitude towards conditions. To be sure, this should be recognized by the body. As conditions have been described, the system - the physical body, physical organism - is adjusting itself, with the manipulations and treatments that have been given, to a new ORDER of things within the system! and the body is naturally sensitive - more SENSITIVE - to things, see?

15. (Q) Why does fecal matter still appear? (A) This is from the same condition as we have just given, as to why gas is formed. Use those properties as given that will prevent this. It is because, as seen, this has never been cleansed entirely from the system, and there is the natural trend or bent of the system to create these forces! just as it would be were there a scab externally and it were rubbed off, naturally it would keep accumulating again when it is kept irritated - but if it is healed from the inside it disappears!

16. (Q) Shall I continue psyllium seed every morning? (A) These are well for the weight for the body; not necessary EVERY morning, but sufficient to keep a cleansing in the system - at least through the next treatments.

17. (Q) How many more treatments will be required to effect a complete cure? (A) As we have given, one more series should be sufficient - with the occasional reactions, or the occasional treatments, after same. Precautions must be taken, sure!

18. (Q) How is my blood? (A) It's very good.

19. (Q) Are cervical adjustments necessary in treatment of my case? (A) To keep the proper coordination, the whole of the adjustments throughout is very good. The activity that is created in a system by adjustments should be taken into consideration for such conditions, or by one who takes treatments for any condition. ADJUSTMENTS, unless there are impingements, do not relieve - but adjustments of all portions of the cerebrospinal system keep those segments, and those burses or plexus, from which radial activity goes to the whole nervous system, or from the nervous system to

all organs of the body, in better accord. Hence, with any massage - with the adjustments (Of course, improperly given, they are injurious - but adjustments at all at times) are beneficial to the body - anybody!

20. (Q) Shall I take lamp during rest period to dry up bronchial mucus? (A) Be very good.

21. (Q) Advise time and height of lamp, or any other method for desired results. (A) About two or three times a week, and at least thirty-six inches from the body.

22. (Q) What causes soreness of tongue? Is there a prompt remedy? (A) This comes most from overloading stomach! Eating too much! Prompt remedy, don't eat so much - and make it more of the alkalin in its reaction, of that which is eaten!

23. (Q) Any further suggestions for the treatment of this body? (A) Study these in relationship (this given) to all those that have been given for the body. Be reasonable; be sympathetic with self - but don't pity self! Be in an active way as COORDINATING with the very best forces that may be active in system. Expect good health! Don't expect to remain ill! and you'll be better off.
