1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5613], present in this room. Now, we find there are conditions in the physical that cause disturbance as to prevent a normal physical reaction in the body, and prevent the better mental manifestations of the body as a whole. These, as we find, are of rather the specific nature - while they have been BUILDED in the system, the effects as presented at this time, while bettered from others, still cause distress and dis-ease, more than disease in the body. They have to do with the gastric forces and activities in the digestive system.

2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [5613] we are speaking of, present in this room:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY we find rather that of a character of anemia, as it may be termed; an unbalancing of the white and red blood supply of the system. While the condition has not reached such a stage as to become acute, still there are those conditions as prevent the proper coordination in the system, and at times the vitality is so used up as to cause an inertia, or an incapacity for the proper functioning of eliminations, producing weariness to the body, to the mind, to the whole general system, so that a nerve collapse comes from the inertia or from the incapacity of that assimilated to produce the proper plasms in the system for full recuperation to meet the physical activities of the body.

4. The condition produced in the blood supply, the greater disorder - or the seat of same, as we find - is in the liver, and in the activities of same as regards the digested or digestive forces of the body.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find that centers along the cerebrospinal system have become incapacitated, by lack of nourishment from the general system, as well as an UNDOING by the character of the plasm in system; for there is the lack of that vitamin known now as "C" in the body, to produce STAMINA and VITALITY in the nerve centers and

5613-1 Page 2

plexus. Hence we have a depleted nerve supply, and FROM same an INCOORDINATION in the functioning of the ORGANS of the body as related to the replenishing or RESUSCITATING forces of the system; not WHOLLY, or else we would have a complete collapse, or the poisons of the system - through LACK of eliminations - would become so accentuated as to produce either inertia in mental faculties, incapacity in muscular forces, inactivity through the SENSORY forces for their responses - ALL of these conditions are in PART indicated, but the DETERMINATION, as it were, or that vital force as is thrown out in the system reaches a state of collapse to where the body - with rest - RESUSCITATES more in the system and the toxic forces are gradually thrown out. This CANNOT be kept UP, but CORRECTIONS may be made.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces, as we see, respond under MOST of normal action as to reflex, but these - as we find - also show the effect of the STRAIN as has been put upon the physical and the activity of forces as related to the CENTRAL nerve system; as is indicated by the conditions as times as exist in eyes, in hearing, in taste, in speech, in the senses of responsiveness in feelings.

7. In throat, bronchi, larynx - these show the effects of an unbalanced lymph circulation, which is - as is seen - the beginning of blood supplying, or of using UP of blood plasm before same is assimilated properly for system.

8. Lungs are very good; not organically disturbed, but sympathetically.

9. Heart's action shows abnormality under stress; nominally, or normally, very good.

10. Digestive system - a seat, or a condition of specific cause, indicated in the cardiac end, as well as the manner in which the body becomes so over acid as to produce an acidity in the system; forming gas in the duodenum, as well as throughout the system from toxic forces produced by inactivity of the liver, spleen, and hepatic circulation. This, as we find, shows the effect, then, rather than a CAUSE - though OFTEN CALLED the cause of the conditions.

11. The liver and its operation, both as to excretory and secretive forces: In its excretory functioning, THIS lobe is near normal. In the SECRETIVE functioning, BELOW normal - as is indicated by the character of forces as assimilate with the pancrean forces of the system, and the stress as is put on the kidneys themselves in their functioning.

12. The hepatic circulation - or that of the liver and kidneys - which functions or circulates twice before functioning through the whole system - shows as of a cold or

5613-1 Page 3

slow circulation. Hence a tendency of gas in the duodenum and in the intestines, producing a soreness and a prolapsus nature in the transverse and descending colon.

13. In the digestive organs themselves - a lack of lactics created in body, or even from the salivary glands to the pancrean glands - the glands through the adrenal and the forces as create for the digestive forces in proteins in system are lax or slack in THEIR functioning, PRODUCED most by the lack of that VITAL force in functioning known as vitamin "C", as is created in those glands in digestion as make for chyle forces in that ready to be assimilated into the system itself.

14. In those effects, then - these make for that distress in the functioning of locomotories of the body, in the bladder, and of the kidneys themselves proper; for over acid makes for either too much or to little quantity of water carried from system through these channels.

15. In meeting the needs of same in the present, we will find that there should be those vibrations set up sufficiently in a force that has an antipathy for the functioning of the glands (for the liver becomes a gland itself in the body), through those vibratory forces as may be set up by the use of castor oil packs over the liver itself; by the adding to the body those forces that are in sympathy WITH the gastric juices of the body - such as would be found in an alternation of Milk of Bismuth and Milk of Magnesia; with a cleansing of the colon proper with the colonic irrigations, using after same those antiseptics for the replenishing and building up of the walls of the intestinal tract or colon itself. Through this method we will aid materially in bringing the proper equilibrium, the proper elasticity, to all the forces of the body.

16. Be mindful, to be sure, that the diets - and the activities physically and mentally - are not such as to strain or overtax the body; and keep the body - physically, mentally - CLEAN, in that those of pure water give life, vital forces, both internally and externally.

17. The packs - we would take at least once each week.

18. The colonics we would take each week, until three have been taken - and then not oftener than once each month.

19. Those forces in intestinal system as taken, that are in sympathy - or that work with the gastric forces (Milk of Bismuth and Milk of Magnesia), should be at least alternated every other day; one day these may be taken twice each day, for each - then alter to the other, see? Two teaspoonsful should be a dose.

20. In the matter of diet - those vitamins as will be found

5613-1 Page 4

most necessary will be in the SKINS of potatoes (not the pulp), the rye bread (always toasted), milk, yolk of eggs, rice (especially brown rice, rather than the white or clarified), not too much sugars, very little of meats - but plenty - PLENTY - of water! Ready for questions.

21. (Q) Would violet ray or vibrator be beneficial? (A) Would be beneficial, but would NOT be as beneficial as would the applications GIVEN - both as to external and internal - if the activities of the body are to be kept in any way near NORMALCY. The violet ray may be beneficial, but is too superficial in its activity. Were those vibrations of the reverse coil, or those in the sinusoidal, added to the liver vibrations - or attached in the 4th and 5th dorsal, and in the 4th lumbar plexus - these would be beneficial, but would be rather SEVERE unless the body rested most of the time the treatments were given! These as we have given may be used and the body keep up its nominal or normal activities!

22. (Q) What is the cause of the lack of sexual desire? (A) This produced by the lack of the stamina in the functioning glands of the system, or - as that in vitamin C and vitamin G are very close akin - these produce a lack of stamina in system. The adding of the properties as we have outlined will enable the body to function the nearer normal. DO that. We are through for the present.
