1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of same, and you will answer any questions regarding same that I will ask you.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.
3. Now, we find there are many changes in this body from that as we have had here before. The whole system is responding well to the conditions, the surroundings, the changes as have been made manifest in the system. The more consistent and more persistent following of the exercise, of the change of the mental condition, the more consistency in quantity and quality of the diet, will keep the body in this improving condition.
4. Those conditions as have arisen in the digestion are produced from the overtaxing mentally and physically, and retraction produced by nerve incentive through the various plexuses kept under submission in times back. The system attempting to adjust itself, through the change in the conditions, brings about certain contractions, which bring these conditions to bear in system. Hence, consistency, persistency in diet, in exercise, in the open air, and we will find, with the less medicinal properties and the more water as would be taken in the system, the better the body will be. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) What is producing the trouble with the eyesight? (A) The age and the retraction as is seen through the general system from a taxed nerve system. Exercise of the head, arms, and all of the portions of the system above the brachial plexus would improve this. Arms raised (which would be well for the diaphragm too), back, forward, over the head, neck, head, shoulders, circle, all of those would assist to bring these back to a nearer normal condition. This would be well to be done twice each day, when first arising and just before retiring. Circle of arms, by the

side of the body, see? back, far back as the hands would go; to the front; then begin right and left (head), left, right, front, back, then circle, see?
