1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [5619]. Now, we find there has been for some times back a disturbing condition in the physical forces of the body. These, as we find, in the beginning was not so severe; rather as a temporary, or an irritation produced by congestion through infection became sort, or the nature of a constitutional disorder in the circulation. With the infection in the system, same produced in the digestive system - or in the stomach proper - a varied condition, or a series of conditions, until we have in the lower portion of the stomach (though it didn't begin there) a condition that is detrimental to the better physical forces, and a hindrance in the circulation, in the eliminations, affecting the heart's action, affecting the digestion, producing headaches, producing an irritation to and through the throat, bronchial, larynx, strain on lungs, in the mucous portions of face, antrum, nasal cavities, burning sensations in the throat, in the tubes of the bronchi themselves, lethargy in the action of the lower digestion and spleen, and liver shows torpidity, the blood supply weak in its resuscitating forces, varying at times according to the amount of assimilation as is carried on. A general debilitation. These are mostly of the effects of what WAS a minor disorder, and this - as we find - on account of it's having BEEN of such a long duration, it will be necessary that, in the removing of same, because the body improves and is relieved, will need their carrying on until the vibrations of the body, in the effect as may be had from COORDINATION of eliminations, COORDINATING of the functioning of the organs as pertain to circulation, as pertain to digestion, are in a normal manner. These, as we find, may be accomplished - but there must not only be persistence, there must be consistent effort on the part of the body, and not to let-up WITH the conditions because improvements are shown immediately, or not to CHANGE too suddenly because there is seen some extra amount of

5619-1 Page 2

IRRITATION arising from changes as will be effected by indiscretions, as the body may do.

2. Then, in making applications for such, we would find that THIS would be that near to the routine for the bringing about of a normalcy for the physical forces of this body, [5619] we are speaking of: First, we would find, that all properties taken in the form of water should carry either that of the elm or saffron, or something that acts AS an antiseptic, that there be no recurrent infection from the lacerations, and the flowing out of the effluvia from such lacerations in the rest of the system. The quantity would be a small pinch of the elm (ground elm) in a glass of water, and this prepared just before being taken into the system. In that of the saffron, this would be made in a very mild tea, but the effects of this are that, with the muco-membrane of the stomach, of the duodenum, of that portion of the digestive forces in system, will prevent that recurrent condition of acidity, and the too much of the alkalin - for one is as bad or as SEVERE on the ulcerated or lacerated conditions, as occur from time to time. Hence the necessity that these be in the water as is taken.

3. Then, we must be mindful that the diet is such that the gastric forces of the stomach do not become over acid. These we would give as an outline, though these may be altered or changed to meet the conditions as they arise:

4. Mornings - would be preferably only those of the citrous fruit juices. Alternate these - lemons, grapefruit, oranges. Occasionally we would leave these off for a day or two. At such times we would take those of either stewed fruits, or the like - as of figs, peaches, baked apples, prunes, pears, and such; preferably not those of the berries, or those that grow on the smaller vines. We would not take any of the citrous fruit juices with those of the stewed fruits; that is, not take them together - see?

5. In the noon, we would have preferably those of the raw vegetables. These may be of all those that may be eaten, either by preparing very fine - and preferably when those of turnips or carrots, or potatoes, or the like, these should be grated - with the lettuce, the spinach, the peas, or the lentils - see? Use same with dressings, preferably those that carry a great deal of the olive oils.

6. Evenings - we would have the cooked vegetables, those well balanced; at this period there may be taken also meat juices, but not the meats.

7. We would apply, WITH the corrections of those conditions in the 4th, 6th and 8th dorsal area - make corrections also in the 3rd and 4th cervical area, applying immediately AFTER

5619-1 Page 3

same the VIOLET ray. These we would apply especially to the centers where the CORRECTIONS are made. After this has been given for five to ten minutes over these specific centers, then a GENERAL application over or along the cerebrospinal system from top to bottom of same. Then apply it directly at the base of the thyroid gland area, on either side of the throat, and at the umbilicus, for one minute each. Then take the electrical vibration of same, which is NOT FELT - save by the electrification of the general system.

8. Do THAT, and we will find we will bring the nearer normal conditions for this body of [5619]. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) How often should she drink the water and how much should she drink? (A) At least two quarts of water should be taken a day by everyone. At a period would drink a glass to three-quarters of a glass, or a tumbler of water.

10. (Q) Any sugar with citrous fruits? (A) Preferably salts, than sugars.

11. (Q) What doctor would you suggest? (A) She may do this herself!

12. (Q) Is there any spiritual advice for this body? (A) These mental forces as have been applied by the body in varied directions should, through self's own inspection, become more VITAL to the body physical and mental welfare; that is, as ye have PREACHED, now practice in yourself.
