Time of Reading 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, we find there are conditions as cause distress at times in the physical forces of the body, and these taken in time may be corrected and the body functioning the nearer normal will bring about changes in the physical forces to the betterment of the body. These conditions, as we find, have to do with functioning of organs as produced by disturbances that at times have appeared to be of little consequence, but have gradually builded conditions as respecting the eliminations and assimilations, until the organs of digestion, also the hepatic circulation, become disturbed.
2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [5625], we are speaking of, present in this room:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very good, considering the disturbances as are produced in the organs of elimination and the disturbance in the DIGESTIVE system and assimilating system. Then, the condition as exists there as in reference to the varying in pulsation, the the condition as exists with heart in its activity, the pressure as is manifest is of the effect and NOT the cause of the disturbances as are in the system. In the correction of conditions, these we would find would clarify themselves. In the application of conditions, this must necessarily be taken into consideration, but THROUGH same may the organs IN their functioning be clarified.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find much distress, rather as signals or indications of the disturbances as have existed. These, as we find, especially across the lumbar and sacral region, give the signs of distress and lesions are existent in the first of the sacrals, also in the 4th lumbar, as is naturally reflexly seen in 3rd and 4th dorsal and in the upper cervical regions. As is seen by the nature of conditions existent in the force of life and its activities in the physical body, the operations of the nerve forces of the system depend upon that cycle or basis from
5625-1 Page 2
which the activities come to the pelvis for one that stands upward. Naturally, in that pressure as has been produced in the system through the activities of the conditions existent in kidneys and in liver, these then have produced pressure on the axis and in the pelvic region, or axis. We find these distresses coming UPWARD at times, so that when the body is on the feet - or when the body rests - there is the tendency of the feet to feel full, as does the limbs, tingling at times in the limbs, and especially along the sciatic nerve, from the activity of this axis in system. Radiating upward, these come through the solar plexus centers, from the 9th dorsal, or 9th to 12th dorsal, and to the axis of the upper portion of the body, or through the brachial. Hence we have the INCOORDINATION of the hypogastric and pneumogastric, and this reaction is produced from those conditions existent in the liver, in its non-activity. Reflexly from this same condition that exists in liver, we have those conditions existent in the digestive system. With the improper digestion there is produced more of a NERVOUS indigestion, and we naturally have those disturbances in assimilations as may be created through the glands wherein absorption takes place for the reproduction of the cellular forces and units within the system. Hence the whole pelvic organs and those of the hepatic circulation at times suffer under the strain, as is seen also that burning sensation as arises from those pressures in the diaphragm.
5. In those FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, as indicated, the FUNCTIONING organs disturbed are those of the hepatic circulation; though naturally, with the conditions existent, there ARE those of the REFLEX nature through other portions of the system but with the CORRECTION of those disturbances as exist there we will find the body relieved of this tired, heaviness; also of those burning pains as come from the activity of the glands, or of the ASSIMILATION as it takes place and empties into those conditions in the lungs, or into the blood itself through the aorta artery and through the heart's action itself; so that the valvular forces in the heart themselves are NOT organic, nor of that disturbance other than sympathetic WITH the conditions as have existed.
6. Then, in meeting the forces we would first consider those of the disturbances as is seen, and in applying same we will change those VIBRATIONS for the system through the application of those properties as will create for the system, in the digestive and assimilating system, that which will produce better coordination IN the hepatic circulation,

REDUCING same and bringing about the better ELIMINATIONS FOR the body, bring the nearer normal conditions for the system; applying those in a systematic manner, which should be at least after each meal - and eat the meals, yet be mindful of what IS eaten, for the diet will have much to do with that effect as may be created in the system. Increase the amount of the salines for the system, so that the drainage throughout the whole system may be increased, so that absorption and coagulation takes place NOMINALLY; not leaving any of those drosses in system as may accumulate in centers where distresses are seen, yet these acting in their proper drainage will ELIMINATE same from the system entirely.
7. In the food values, then - these being of the salines, or an increased amount of these, we will find these will be in those of a great deal of the citrous fruits. Well were the body in the beginning to take the citrous fruit fast for four to five days, in the beginning. Then, when the foods are given - which would be gruels, cereals - both dry and cooked - with the fruits; then in the noon day those of the vegetables that care for the blood and nerve building, and that will produce not an over activity but as a counter-IRRITANT of activity in the kidneys, which will reduce the stimuli in the circulation in the hepatics. These we will find in those of the vegetable forces that grow especially in pods, as beans, lentils, peas, and such. These also may be added in a consistent manner with those of the non-acid or of the alkalin PRODUCING conditions for the system. Little of meats, though those that are taken should be principally of the juices of same; not of the flesh itself. This be rather in the evening meal. Moderation in those of stimuli of any kind. Little or no tea. Some little coffee, but principally those of the vegetable forces as produced from such CEREALS - THESE will aid in the digestive forces of the body; also following after each meal there may be taken at least a quarter teaspoonful of the compound known as Coker's, or of Tishon (?). Either of these will add the same to the system in the salines, also of that necessary activity as will produce assimilation of that taken.
8. Keep manipulations, osteopathically given, in the system - that the coordinations may be made for the system, and especially after the first six or eight treatments begin with adjustments in the lumbar and the sacral, with the proper alignment made in UPPER dorsal and cervical; applying also those of the Radium Appliance for RADIATION for the system. Use that of the Double X variety, and wear same at
5625-1 Page 4
least six hours each day. Ready for questions.
9. Manipulations should be given EACH day until the adjustments begin, and then they may be made twice each week.
10. (Q) What causes the intense pain in arms and chest? (A) Poor elimination, or neuritis.
11. (Q) Any trouble with the lungs? (A) No trouble with the lungs, other than that repression as is apparent from the condition. Rather would they look for HEART trouble, rather than lung trouble - though neither exist in the nature of organic, or even functional. We are through for the present.
