1. EC: Yes, we have the well - we have this before - Now we find the depth as was given where the heavy lime would be reached 2573 - 74 before the oil sand would be reached near 2600 feet. Here then the water should be cut off by setting the casing for the production to be brought in. This as has been given should be one of the largest producing wells ever drilled in Texas - set the casing for the well will produce that as has been given.
2. (Q) Should I now run casing and etc. - (A) Do as has been given - run the casing.
3. (Q) Is the pipe on the ground safe - (A) Not all on the ground as yet - what is there is safe to use. Arrangements can be made to put all on the ground - place same and drill in. Have enuf [enough] storage - as given it will be necessary to prepare earthen storage until pipe line is connected. This should produce from 30 to 70,000 barrels per day.
4. (Q) Advise for safe handling of the well and hole - (A) Be careful of Gas and fire - use usual precautions that is natural under such conditions - the natural lay of the land offers a storage place but beware of this being fired - there is no danger from the present help - they can be trusted - but the doubters - of the production and the quantity of production to be watched. This would not be done from malice - but from doubters -
5. (Q) Give me the wire. (A) SET CASING AT 2575 DRILL IN FOR SUCCESS - then mail the rest.
