Time of Reading ... Avenue, 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Toledo, Ohio. (Body and enquiring mind - questions)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, This we have had before. Little are the material changes for the physical forces of the body since last we had same here. Some inclinations to follow the suggestions given for the corrections should be made, would the body desire the better physical reactions in the body, for that as has been given to be done would bring for the body better conditions.
2. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) What relation is there between the different physical troubles I have? (A) These have been explained, in how the various conditions affect the body in the different ways. As is seen, the effect upon the heart's action, the tendency - or attacks of the asthmatic condition, the inclinations for the fever or the reaction to the pollens - these, as has been given, are varied conditions, and where conditions rather than causes have been treated the effect has been - while an allaying in one direction - an affectation in another direction. Hence that as given, that correcting those conditions existent in the cerebrospinal nerve centers from which radiate those depressions, causing the overflow of blood supply to the system in its various conditions, as in asthmatic conditions and the over sympathetic conditions, producing the hay fever - the use of the pollen-antigen, as has been given, and these all worked together with the correction, would relieve these and separate or change the effects as produced in the body. Why not DO that? [See 5639-1, Par. 5.]
4. (Q) What precautions will prevent recurrence of growth that was removed? (A) Have the system so adjusted from the various pressures as have been produced, and the alleviations of the conditions as have brought and do bring about distresses. Remove the CAUSES and the body coordinating properly, these

will prevent recurrence of these conditions.
5. (Q) How soon can my system become so normal as to have no further serious constipation? (A) When the system is brought into proper coordination throughout, we will overcome these conditions. These [are] produced by the various effects of constitutional conditions as exist in the body. Making the corrections, under the ways as has been outlined, will remove the strain.
6. (Q) What method must I pursue to arrive at a better mental balance? (A) This has been DISTINCTLY outlined for the body, as to how that the body - through worry over self and outside conditions, laying stress upon that the body should so attune itself with the Creative Energy, or with God, as to cast the burdens of worry on that as must become a consciousness of the body of the ABILITY for that force to so magnify itself in the body, individual, as to overcome such conditions.
7. (Q) What suggestions are there for a regular occupation to occupy body and mind in addition to my limited housework? (A) Centralize self's purposes in being of assistance and aid to someone, or ones, less fortunate than self in material or mental surroundings. In service one may lose self in such a way and manner as to bring to one's own individual development wonderful recuperative forces, for - to have, one must give.
8. (Q) Will the body find mental relief due to future improved health in her children? (A) Find much mental relief in the improved health in self and in that it, itself, this body, may radiate for the children.
9. (Q) How much of my depression is due to the irrational life of my son, [...]? (A) Just as much as the body allows!
10. (Q) How can the body help this situation improve? (A) By acting in the manner as has been given.
11. (Q) Should the body go to Petoskey again this year for hay fever relief? (A) If the body will do as has been given as respecting this condition, as well as the other applications for relief in the body, we will find this will not be necessary. Is the body building that in its own consciousness that this change, this place in itself is necessary for the physical welfare of the body? Then ALL HELL WON'T CHANGE IT! but to act in a manner in keeping with that as has been given, may bring that to the body of the better conditions.
12. We are through.
