1. EC: Now, we have the body here. This body...[Mumbled something we couldn't get] -

2. We find there would be rather the warnings for the body in the present situation or conditions as regarding the physical forces, for while recuperative forces are active within the physical body, there are weaknesses exhibiting themselves, and there are tendencies that may be overcome. These, as we find, have most to do with the creating - at the earliest time possible - the equalization of the eliminating centers of the whole system. That is, there are more than one channel of elimination. One that has suffered through inflammation of the pleura and of the walls of the lungs proper, is either following such conditions congested through that region and not sufficient elimination, or a weakness is apparent and there becomes the attempt of the system to overcrowd or to eliminate through these channels, when the distribution of eliminations should be throughout the system. The tendency here is for weakness in the bronchia, and naturally inflammation will be easy to set up. While, will there be the proper distribution of energies as are exercised in the system throughout the whole of the cerebrospinal nerve system, much of this tendency and this weakness may be avoided and the body brought to a near NORMAL condition, and stronger in this direction - possibly STRONGER than before the occurrence.

3. This we would have done through that of osteopathic manipulation and adjustment. Better, in this particular case, through this mode than others - for with the adjustments of centers in the cerebrospinal system, there will go also a stimulation of the ENDS of the nerves that radiate from such plexus and that lead or coordinate in same through the sympathetic system. This, then, would offer the channel for the proper distributions.

4. Well, too, that there is care taken by the body in

recuperation, as to the character of food values that are taken in the system. There having been so much inflammation, naturally there is the destruction of the great NUMBERS in the red blood corpuscles, the body becoming deficient in this direction. Not out of the ordinary, to be sure, under such conditions - but that THAT assimilated by the system is sufficient and of the character that will be such as to restore the equilibrium in the blood count, and not cause ANY form of either anemia nor of any condition that would disturb the circulatory system, either as to internal, central, or of the capillary nature. Then, sufficient of those carrying calcium, that the bones may be strengthened, and that in the replenishing of the blood supply - or red cells from same - there may be that as builds and restores same, preventing chalkness or brittleness in bone or that of the sinew ends becoming stiffened by the non-activity through the taking up of properties to meet the needs. Also there should be a well divisioned nature in the food values of both potash and iodine, that the equilibrium in the system is kept in an ALKALIN reactory state, and that drosses do not accumulate in any of those portions of system, in glands that must supply nutriment to the functioning in the physical body.

5. These adhered to, these considered seriously, these taken persistently - in a manner as to follow these outlines - will insure the full, complete, recuperations, and bring a better physical body THROUGH WHICH the mental being (which is good - for he should be a lawyer) will manifest. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) About how long will this take? (A) That depends entirely upon the measures taken in existent conditions. As given, these should be begun immediately, in consideration of same. Then, in ten days - two weeks - begin the thorough massage, and in ten days or two weeks these would add many years of better activity, will these conditions as given be followed out. We are through for the present.
