Time of Reading 12:15 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5662] - this we have had before. Now, while there has not been all of those elements in the body as has been suggested, yet those taken are even being helpful, in that these are acting as an ABSORBENT for those toxic forces through the digestive organs.

2. As we find, will those things as have been outlined - with those of the animated ash, rather than those of the charcoal alone - be taken; that is, the ash be taken WITH those of the ultra violet, that makes more activity at periods, these will make for the system adjusting itself to a normalcy that will be most gratifying to the body.

3. That there have been those indications in the system of disturbed muco-membranes, and of accumulation of those in centralized areas, as to make soreness in the stomach and duodenum, has been indicated; but these need not worry the body, will those things as have been outlined be taken for this system.

4. Be mindful, as has been indicated, that irritations are not produced, either by pressure or by overtaxing the system with food values that are over-acid, or that condiments are not such that they irritate the system. Not that there is to be such a rigidity in the activities of the digestive system, as to allow them to become inactive within themselves, for the gastric juices of the stomach and the digestive system; for remember, these BEGIN from the mouth and extend throughout the whole of the alimentary canal! If these are kept in balance, we will find the assimilations, and that which will act as the replenishing and the rebuilding, through that as IS assimilated, creating an even balance in the body. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) What can be done for that tightened cord in left arm? What is it? (A) As we have indicated, where pressures are seen in the digestive system, there are direct connections to the various portions of the locomotive, or the MOTIVE forces in

the external body, and when a pressure - or an irritation is produced, by some form that causes crowding or pinching in a portion of the digestive system, we may find the reflection of same, as here, in the external forces of the body. This is a form of neurosis, or neuritis, in the system. Nerve impingement, see? Now, when we keep the system clear - as has been indicated by the manner in which the system is kept cleansed - these will be lessened and lessened.

6. (Q) Can anything be done to make the breasts symmetrical? (A) This may be aided by a GENTLE massaging with those of cocoa-butter, with those that will make for the activities in the glands about same. Also we will find, that with the digestive forces being kept near normal, these will make for the activities in the mammary glands, through those of the lacteals, as that as is digested make for better development.

7. (Q) Should this be used on right breast? (A) It should.

8. (Q) Would you advise me to, or not to, have another child? (A) Not until, at least, there is a better condition throughout the whole of the system - see? Then, when this is done, this may be - or may not be - advisable. That will depend upon the general conditions and general surroundings and attitudes of the body itself see?

9. (Q) What are the aggravating foods I should avoid? (A) Those of condiments of any nature, those of too much sweets, those that are of an astringent nature when they are acting as digestive forces, or with the digesting of the system; as too much fats of any kind, too much of those of any nature that makes for an accumulation of muco-membrane activity in either the stomach, the duodenum, or the upper digestive system.

10. (Q) Which particular foods? (A) These have just been outlined, see? those that are, or make for those things - see? This may be taken as from the general lists as will be found with same. Condiments - those that add to; that is, highly seasoned or highly spiced foods of any kind. Those of fats - those that are cooked in fats of any nature, or those that are of the too FLESHY portions of WHATEVER may be taken - see? Sweets - those that make for accumulations of too much sugars at any particular portion of the system. As may be illustrated: While ice cream is well, ice cream with cake isn't good - see?

11. (Q) If your instructions are followed rigidly, will my body become whole again, so that I may discontinue medical treatments? (A) It can. It will.
