2. Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [5663]. Now, as we find, the body physical is very good in many respects. There are precautions and warnings that will the body take notice of would bring for the physical body, and for the mental body, much change in the outlook upon this experience.
3. While there has been in many respects the mental seeking for expressions of the spiritual and the innate feelings in body, the doubts for the results or effect that same will have upon others have often kept the mental and the talent - and the abilities of the body - rather tending to be latent, than finding expression.
4. As we find, there has been then, in this respect, rather the lack of setting an IDEAL to which that that is within self may be offered as a tribute, that may offer or find in the abilities of self a means of expression - see? for with an ideal, and not just an idea, there is the constant action from the mental, the imaginative, and the spiritual forces of an entity, to express or bring into manifestation that as would be a contribution to, a credit to, an active force of showing or manifesting, or bring to light that as is viewed by self of that as is held as one's ideal. Not an ideal as of exaltation of self above another; not as that would take from another that self might have; not that as would make for that that would allow self to lord self OVER another; but rather as the beauties in nature, each attempting to show in its face, or its activity - as it blooms or stretches forth its action in nature towards the heavens - as of glorifying of that as is its contribution for that as has been received by that thing in its own experience. So in this body, in giving vent to that in words as would bring into being that as would make for a manifesting of emotions

in individual thought, this may through such ways and manners bring to the body that of a manifestation of giving to others, in verse, that that would mean much in the experience of another; or in the contributions as may be made in the decorative forces of the imaginative system of the body, as to put into execution the concept of that seen or visioned as represents the contributions of things, individuals, circumstances, and the like, of THAT concept of what it, they, or group, hold as an expression of their ideals under varying circumstances; for the life reflects the concept that life has of its source in its activity, whether as that that would be a leech upon its source of existence, or a contribution TO that that may bring life itself into force and being.
5. In the physical forces of the body, we find these are good in many ways and manners. The desires of the body that there be those offerings of the flesh, that there may be brought into being those that would represent, or present, the efforts of the body in this experience, there are - as we find - CONTRIBUTING causes, both in the physical and in the abilities of the body to bring into CONCEPT that as would be its representation. A study of the mental and spiritual towards an ideal will mentally, imaginatively, PREPARE the body FOR that as may be accomplished in same - and we would add, from the exterior forces, that as will make for those corrections in the physical being as would prepare the vessel through which this concept, or through which conception may take place with the body.
6. The blood supply is well.
7. The nerve forces of the body show attunement that, in some respects, when there would be the conception of - and over activity of same - the vessel or the womb itself does not contain, or bring about that as would make for conception in the body itself. The position of same is near normal, but the tendencies of the organ to flow out - rather than to close in its normal activity at such a period - is apparent, from those conditions as have taken place when there were, for periods, that which would tend to think - or tend to act - as if this HAD taken place.
8. As we will find, there should be those applications, then, to the physical body, in such a way and manner as to bring this condition about for the body:
9. At least two to five days before the periods of menstruation, for two to three moons, we would use a steam sitz bath. The STEAM; not sitting in the water or bath - but prepare as in THIS manner:
10. Two gallons of BOILING water poured into a container, see?
5663-1 Page 3
To this water (plain water) add a pinch of alum, one aloe bud, fifteen minims of tincture of myrrh, and tolu gum (pure tolu gum) the size of a pea - English pea.
11. When this has been prepared, then sit OVER such - so that the puba and the vagina is exposed to the STEAM from same, for five to eight minutes.
12. Do this three to five times - that is, from two to five days before (once each day) - before the regular periods. ONCE after the cleansing, or after period - see?
13. We would also taken, during this same period (except keep on to a longer period, of three to five days after the period), two to five minims of Chloride of Gold, as THIS solution:
14. One GRAIN to one ounce of distilled water, and three grains of Bromide of Soda to one ounce of distilled water. Keep these separate until ready to be taken. Then put one drop of the Gold solution to three drops of the Soda solution, into a half glass of water - see? Do not take this more than once each day, PREFERABLY just before retiring.
15. Have - after periods - also - two to three days - a general massage. Not a manipulation as osteopathically; not as chiropractic adjustments - but rather a Swedish massage for the whole body.
16. Do this, and we will find that in three to five months conception may take place.
17. As for the general conditions of which the body should be warned:
18. Be mindful that there is not too much exposure for the lungs and for the feet, for the tendencies or weaknesses are in these directions - but with a well rounded activity, in so much for the mental body, so much for the social body, so much for the spiritual indulgences in those of meditation and prayer, so much for the exercising of the talents - either in writing or drawing, or picturizations, we will find the body will find for self, for others, that that makes for a well rounded life, that will become more and more worth while in this experience.
