1. EC: We have had this PLACE before. Yes, we have the body, [5664]. Now, we find there are unusual conditions as surround this body, and especially as regarding the physical conditions and disturbances as are manifested through same. These, as we find, may be aided, and will the surroundings, the conditions as will have to do with the response as may be made by the physical reactions, better and better conditions may be brought to the body, [5664].
2. Now, the conditions - these, we find, are of rather that of a general condition with specific results as are manifested in the physical functioning. These have to do with accumulation of distressed cells as attach themselves to the various portions of the system, and bringing distress at various conditions of cycles in the functioning of the system; for the blood supply, the nerve supply, and the organs in their functioning have received their impulses through the existent conditions, impelled much by other conditions that are more of a mental reaction in the system, and are altered more by the mental reaction as is altered in change, than by the purely physical conditions. While the RESULTS as are manifested ARE physical, yet these reactions in the system of the psychopathic nature have to do with the conditions themselves.
3. Then, in the BEGINNING of applications that will aid the physical body, for any permanent relief, there must be CHANGES made in the attitude the body holds towards individuals, self, and life; yet these MAY be changed in the VARIATIONS as may be brought about to the physical functioning body. Then, AIDING these, we will have the basis to work upon.
4. Then, in changing the vibratory forces as affect the system in the various forms of these conditions as exist in the exterior, anterior and posterior portions of the system, these will be necessary to meet the various changes as

conditions arise, or as alterations are made in both physical and mental being.
5. Then, for the better elements at the present time, THESE we would give as internal applications for the system, use those in equal quantities of Gold Seal or Life Everlasting, and of Ginseng in the wild state, and Indian Turnip, and that of Snake Root and Elder Flower - an ounce each, to thirty-two ounces of distilled water, reduced by simmering (not boiling) to half the quantity. Then add TO this: Tincture of Stillingia........1/4 ounce, Syrup of Ipecac................40 minims, Oil of Sassafras...............10 minims. Cut 2 drams Balsam of Tolu in 2 ounces grain alcohol. Shake solution together before the dosage is taken, and the dose would be half teaspoonful every four hours. The activities of these properties with the system - in those of the herbs as are given: The Life Everlasting is for that tendency of the creation in system of those elements in the system that create a high vibration in the blood supply, both as to the respiratory and heart's action; while that in Ginseng for the activity of the glands in the system as are affected by the subjugation or depressions of the body, as in a general manner. The Indian Turnip acting as a stimuli to the functioning of the distresses in the assimilations in the duodenum; while that activity as is seen in the Elder Flower, that of the vibratory forces as changed in the whole of the mesenteric system, aided by those of the Stillingia and Sassafras as the CLARIFIER of the blood stream and the tendency of the allaying of nerve pressure. The alcohol a stimuli and carrier, as is the Tolu for the digestive system.
6. When this has been given for at least ten days, we would then begin with those of the ultra violet ray to those centers from which the radial forces disturb the system as to locomotion, both in the lumbar and upper dorsal. This will ALLAY the system in the effect as has been created IN system through the strains on the body. These we would give every third day, but not LONGER than one minute and a half and at least thirty-eight inches from the body.
7. Then we would give the further instructions for these corrections, after THESE have been given for ten days. Keeping up the medicinal properties. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) What causes dull sounds in ears? (A) That pressure as created from the region of the 3rd dorsal plexus, and the tendency OF the body to resist

outside influence. A COMPLEX condition.
9. (Q) Will hearing be restored to body? (A) If the body REALLY desires. Much the body DOESN'T desire to hear, that is said to it!
10. (Q) Why does the body have pains in right side? (A) The pressure as is created in the assimilation of those foods which do NOT digest with the body. The body REFUSES foods at times on account of the same conditions. The DEPRESSIONS as come to the system cause these CONGESTIVE reactions here.
11. (Q) Is throat in normal condition? (A) Normal condition, considering the circulatory system and the effect as is created in the upper dorsal and lower cervical.
12. (Q) Were treatments given the body by Dr. Ruskin helpful? (A) We do not find that they were even in the direction FOR the correction of that DEPRESSING the system! Helpful in that the CHANGES brought to the body changed the attitude of mind most.
13. (Q) Has the body's child been affected by this condition? (A) Only as the effect of environmental as related to the mental status of one body to another. Psychopathically it is. Physically, or as anatomically, very little.
14. (Q) What causes the quick palpitations? (A) The effect as is created in the heart's action by the regurgitation in the system, from nerve depressions, from secondary cardiac - not an organic condition.
15. (Q) Should body have cathartics? (A) Better that the enemas than cathartics be used for eliminations. Cathartics are necessary only as congestion in the liver is exhibited. Do this as we have given, and we will find sufficient changes in the first ten, then the second ten days, that - will the rest be followed - we may bring bettered conditions for this body, will the response physically and mentally - and the attitude OF the body - be changed.
