1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5667]. Now, we find there are disturbances in the physical forces of this body. These, in their insipiency, are of long standing - until some conditions wherein the body, attempting to adjust itself to the changes, has produced abnormal conditions that have become, in a manner, normal; and in bringing about bettered conditions for the body, some retractions - that would apparently be of a detrimental nature - would ensue; yet, as WE find, were the condition taken in time, before there is another shock, or stroke, that the corrections may be so made as to bring MANY days, and EASE, to the physical forces; that the suffering as ensues, the worry as comes from same, may be eliminated almost entirely from the body, and nearer normal conditions brought about.
2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [5667], we are speaking of:
3. In giving the present conditions, there must also be given something of the history, that the present pathological conditions may be understood - but DO NOT confuse former conditions as brought about this, with those existent in the present - for the changes are of the nature as has been outlined.
4. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY, then, in the present - this we find slowed up, and a pressure that is abnormal - though this, in itself, flitful, or changeable at times in the present. In the FORMER condition there WERE the effects of the disturbance in the system, as related to the blood supply, and the effect of pressure producing a blockage in circulation, as to cause accumulations that cut off the circulation in nerve energy. Hence the paresis as was a portion of the result. In the present the eliminations are kept above normal. These are necessary, yet these are ONLY that as keeps that at PRESENT active - while the causes, or obstructions as PRODUCED the cause, have not been changed or altered a very great deal. Hence the usage of the locomotions of the body are still impaired. While they have
5667-1 Page 2
improved somewhat, yet were the CAUSES removed these would be aided materially.
5. In the elements and constituents of the blood, this we find acid reactory in system. Too much so for the good of the system. This also has affected the nerve supply, both as to sympathetic and cerebrospinal.
6. In the nerve centers proper there are specific conditions existent, where pressure has prevented the normal activities of the body. These not in the form of blood CLOT in circulation; rather a form of the arterial circulation becoming so slowed in its action as to produce LESIONS in centers, that have altered not only the voluntary but the involuntary. Hence there is seen that at periods, especially those centers that should act from voluntary reaction are involuntary in their action. Hence incoordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system. Those centers or ganglia that show the greater distress, comes from first the injury received periods ago, or years ago, in the lower lumbar and sacral. Also affecting those in the coccyx region. The reflex region as exists in the 1st, 2nd, DORSAL region, are those that affect directly those centers in the brachial plexus - while the reflex to the lumbar and sacral affect those of the locomotaries of the lower portion of body. With the inactivity, there has come many of retractions and reactions, as indicated in the first, and organs themselves become AFFECTED - though the effect, as yet, has not been so detrimental as to cause the total loss or use of such functioning, but has made it necessary that the accentuations in the digestive system be kept at such that only certain characters of foods may be taken with any degree of certainty of its assimilation.
7. In the functioning of the ORGANS themselves - these, as given, have been impaired by the condition - as of the sensory system, in which accentuations at times occur; as for eyes, ears, and especially is the loss of taste at times VERY perceptible, and at times annoying.
8. Lungs, bronchia, are very good in their action - considering the character of the blood stream.
9. Heart's action irregular.
10. The respiratory system, as related to arterial circulation, shows the pressure and the effect of conditions as produced by pressure in the nerve system.
11. Digestive system - rather that of incapacitated, through inability of coordination between sympathetic and cerebrospinal, so that a nervous indigestion occurs at times - though the system, as given, is acid in its
5667-1 Page 3
reaction.
12. The organs of the pelvis, of the hepatic circulation, show the strain and stress of the attempt to keep eliminations so effective as to prevent reoccurrence of those conditions as once existed.
13. In bringing about the near normal for this body, as we would find, would require time, patience, and persistence - yet this may be accomplished.
14. We would take as MEDICINAL properties, those of the Toris Compound - making two quantities, one of same with the spirits frumenti, the other with the simple syrup. Not COMBINING same, other than when the doses are taken. ALTERNATE, taking one with that of the syrup, the other of the spirits frumenti. We would take this, teaspoonful four times each day.
15. We would be mindful of the diet, that it consists principally of those of seafoods as the flesh; of much that grows ABOVE the ground, as of the spinach, lettuce, and such GREEN vegetables. Any of the salads that carry large quantities of iron. Now this, apparently, would be the creating of blood, but blood of a character is needed, when the pressure is already abnormal - but we would take the sweats and the ALTERNATED sweats; those that reduce, also that carry those properties as of the FUMES from Gold and of the Salts.
16. ALSO the electrical VIBRATIONS as would be found necessary through the sinusoidal, making - in the beginning - the CORRECTIONS as will be found NECESSARY first in the coccyx, lumbar and sacral; secondary in the upper dorsal and cervical. This is not JUST adjustments, but making ADJUSTMENTS only about once to twice each week, but manipulations - to keep the coordination of the system - each day.
17. Do this, and we will find we will bring the nearer normal conditions of this body. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) How often should the baths be given? (A) Three times each week. Two of these the fume baths, one of those the hot bath. Be mindful that the head and the pulse are looked closely after when these are given, and that a good RUBDOWN is made following same - keeping head cool, and being mindful of the pulse; and should this RAISE the temperature of body TOO much, this should be watched after carefully, with ICE on head - drinking plenty of water, and the water that is drunk let same carry SMALL QUANTITIES - one to forty - of lithia.
19. (Q) Where should the sinusoidal poles be applied? (A) Lumbar, fourth. Cervical, fifth.
