Time of Reading Unknown.

1. FEM: Mr. Cayce, you have before you the body of Mrs. [5681], and she is present in this room. I want you to go over her body and tell us what her trouble is, which is, she believes, eye trouble, rheumatism, indigestion, weak back and nervousness.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [5681]. Now we have abnormal conditions in this body. Some are produced by pulmonary, some are caused by the functioning of the organs themselves, the functioning being disturbed by the physical conditions that exist in the body, that were produced by outside force or physical conditions to the physical body, producing the effect that is shown in the body. Some conditions have been improved from time to time, yet the seat of the trouble not always removed the effects show in the system at the present time.

3. Now these are conditions that we find in this body, Mrs. [5681, we are speaking of.

4. The blood forces in the body, the circulation in its entirety, as a whole, would be considered good, yet, there are certain conditions existing in the system that at times the circulation is forced to pick up and carry certain toxins and poisons which show the existing conditions in the body, especially is this shown in the circulation as is given in the hepatic circulation, that is in the hepatic circulation being picked up and carried back into the system, yet, the system is capable of destroying them to a certain extent, still they give expression to certain organs and portions of the body as they are being eliminated throughout the system. Those that are carried in the lymphatic circulation give into the expression capillary, hence, the abrasions we find in the body at times, that shifts or carries out, shows a roughness to the cuticle. These are poisons that are being eliminated from the system. As the body itself is a supersensitive body, one above the ordinary in its relationship to its maker, hence, the spiritual and mental forces assist the physical in its elimination, that is the body is functioning through its action, thought, as is shown in the sight as we have given

5681-1 Page 2

here in the body. At times this circulation picks up this refuse force that should be eliminated from the lower or negative pole, being of the hepatic circulation. In that assistance we find that it brings back to the muscular forces an engorgement in the muscular forces and picks up these poisons and the expression to the physical becomes that of contraction of the muscular forces, or what would be termed to the medical world as a neurotic condition, or as the forces as would be expressed in that as given of non-activity of the muscles to respond to the nerve forces, or that as known as uremic poison. The nerve forces in the body itself shows the action of the muscular forces at times in the body, hence, we have by certain or sudden expression coming to the sensory or auditory forces, a nervous shock, or shifting return force expression over the body, this especially is felt after the return force, that is after the reflex comes to the extremity which is first, pains to move which shows itself to the solar plexus at the center of the body or the seat, being at the 9th or 10th dorsal, this then is the affect of the nervous forces and conditions in the body at times. The affect of the same nervous force in the system, prevents the rest or ability of the body to rest, in normal sleep. Now sleep is the building time of the physical forces to give and partake of rejuvenal expressions, both from circulation and from nerve tissue, yet, the brain force, is not apparent in the body, at times, becomes over-sensitive. The replenishing forces to the centers to cause proper equilibrium of all forces, is not apparent in the body, not that the body does not have sufficient, or becomes deficient in any of its physical forces, yet the expression given to the centers to give the proper distribution of acting forces, becomes more abundant in the brain centers than the nerves and arterial forces are able to carry out from that expression created or found in the brain itself. The seat or the beginning of this trouble we find was first from the condition that was expressed or shown in the spinal column itself. At the 3rd and 4th lumbar we had first an expression which seems apparently to have produced a lesion by a blow or a fall which same to the sacrum across the small of the back, then the nerve and muscular forces caused the congestion through the lesion to be formed in other portions of the body, as these were connecting, they coming in contact with the action of the muscular forces to the digestive tract, producing temperament or nervous indigestion. This, we are speaking of at times back, carried to the whole intestinal tract those expressions thru lack of nutriment to carry out the

5681-1 Page 3

proper functioning of the upper intestines until the walls of these became so thinned that the toxins from the system were gathered in the engorgement. This in toxin expression in the condition at the present time is found in the muscular forces at times, or to the cuticle or to the capillary circulation at other times. The restrained action of the pneumogastric in its digestive force so brought into the cerebrospinal force reflects the condition existing in the sacrum and the lumbar, and the condition now existing at the 4th dorsal which affects the nerve forces that act with the sensory organs, hence, the condition that arises with the nerves of the replenishing in their functioning abnormal, especially those of the eyes, in the hearing, or that is at times back, the vertebrae between the mental and spiritual forces to the heart is better than that of the eyesight. Each functioning organ of the sensory system reflects a different vibration to produce to the brain the functioning of that organ, that is the sense of taste, which is based both through the tongue and at the root of the tongue and is connected with the sensory organs and to the pneumogastric nerve, and to the brain three million times less than the vibration necessary to produce hearing or sight, that of speech being even three times greater than the sense of hearing or sight; that is the highest vibration we have in the body at all. The action in this body to the sensory organ has been improved, that is hearing, at times back. The expression of blood forces carry in the system the action of forces in the dorsal that produces the lesion in the lumbar and dorsal, affecting the vibration in the eye force necessary to function or to the connecting vibration to reach the brain or the opposite force, the opposite nerve being, as in this case, the organ being or showing a deficiency in its action. The circulation not being proper at times does not remove the force used in the sense of sight in this body, hence, this matter or this force being left, causes the pains at times that come to the back of the eye, producing to the retina itself the vibration necessary to the focal ray of the eye to gather sufficient light to produce the vibration necessary to produce sight.

5. Now these are the conditions as we find in this body. To relieve or to bring this body to its normal forces as shown through the physical, we would give these forces into the body:

Wild Cherry Bark (Preferable that taken from the North side of the tree)...........................4 ounces, Dogwood Bark...........................1 ounce, Prickly Ash Bark.......................2 ounces,

5681-1 Page 4

Black Root.............................2 ounces.

This would all be put into one gallon of rain water, reduce by very slow boiling to one quart, strain and add to this:

Grain Alcohol..........................4 ounces, Sulphate of Quinine...................10 grains.

The dose would be one teaspoonful before each meal.

6. This is to act on the digestive tract and the blood forces within the system, both through the pulmonary organs, the liver, spleen and kidneys, and through the rebuilding or through the chyle action in its rebuilding to blood forces.

7. To the condition that we find about the lumbar and upper dorsal, we would give electric vibration until the blood forces are brought closer to the surface, that is redden this portion of the body; 2nd and 3rd lumbar, 4th and 5th dorsal. After this is reddened well by electric vibration, that is massage, for three minutes each evening, and with the Ultra Violet Ray help will prove years of usefulness to this body and the functioning of all of its organs throughout.
