1. LBC: You are now asleep and will be able to tell us what we want to know. You have before you Mrs. [5693], who is in the room with you.
2. EC: Mrs. [5693].
3. LBC: Yes, she is before you now. You will see her.
4. EC: Yes, we have had her before. [No copy of earlier reading on file.]
5. LBC: Alright, now I want you to go over her carefully and examine her thoroughly and tell us what her condition is now.
6. EC: Not so much inflammation here in the larynx, in the throat; not near so much here at the diaphragm as we had before.
7. LBC: Well?
8. We still have some trouble here with the equalization of the circulation through the lungs or the clarifying of the air all through here from inflammation, produced here from the lesion here. Produce there, at times a sensation into the larynx from the contraction of these muscles or from the air cells in the lower end of the lungs, producing a tickling sensation in the throat up high, above the larynx, where the inflammation has been, has produced a cough in expelling the air from the lungs.
9. (Q) What other conditions do you find? (A) Begin here from the head, along the spine through the cervicals, we have poor capillary circulation. Nerve supply is good but the trouble is interior. No trouble here with this body but what is better.
10. (Q) Alright. What other troubles do you find now? Has she had the right treatment for this body? (A) It has improved it. We have had a different effect to the system than if we had manipulation with the hands instead of electrical force; it produces not enough to the exterior of the body, produces more of the laxness in the forces here along in the cervicals, into the dorsals, clear down to the solar plexus nerve forces. The electrical force produces to the exterior a gathering of the force or supply

to the nerve centers, which comes into the circulation, carrying on to the muscle fiber, carried on into the circulation. The manipulation produces interior or internal circulation that has not produced by this. The circulation in the whole body along here is producing it, just takes more time by electricity but it will produce the effect; it is removing these lesions we have had here. We have into this system here the trouble we have had in the lower lung and close to the lower and of the left side has produced here, where the trouble is, close to the diaphragm, has produced an inflammation and we have had pains through there, through the side. Now the gathering of the air into the lungs is where we create new blood, you see, where the blood is exposed to the air, taken into the lungs and thrown out from it and purified to the rest of the system; we have not enough of deep breathing and this has produced an inflammation and the forces to the exterior through the chemical action there to the blood has produced an opening of these cells; while the manipulation along here will produce a healing this has kept it more open.
11. (Q) What other change would you suggest in the treatment? Any other besides the manipulation? (A) We need something to make the body rest better than we have at times. If it acts on the nerves then we become restless you see. Do not change from the electrical force but put the manipulation with it. If we leave off this we will have a soreness from the leaving open of the cells we have had opened.
12. (Q) What medicine would you prescribe for her to take into the stomach? (A) Continue the Calcium and Iodine, what we have had here. Continue that but if it gets very painful put some Heroin; that will open more of the cells and produce more of an action from the heart through the cardiac plexus here; it will force more of the blood from it.
13. (Q) Would a change of climate help her? (A) Help this body? Not unless everything is very pleasant with it. We have as much to the body as we have to the temperament of the whole system. If we change to a higher altitude we would have to force more air into the lungs. If we produce more to the system, to the mind, an impression of loneliness it will be worse then. Plenty of Iodine into the system to force this soreness out, you see, to gather the forces more together. The Lime or Calcium into the system produces a healing property to it

but if we have to force more put the Heroin, which will force the blood more. With the electrical force and the manipulation and something to be more of a tonic to help stimulate. Keep plenty of water in the system and plenty to the whole system of pleasantness as we can. Produce a same thing into the system here from the nerve force we overtax any one part of the system we will produce a strain on the rest.
