Time of Reading 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Body & enquiring mind - Physical, Mental & Spiritual, with suggestions for improvement - all associations and relations. Questions regarding all phases of her life.)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [5696].
2. In the physical forces of the body, we find conditions of which the body should take cognizance, and with the correction of same in the present the body will find itself nearer fit physically and mentally to carry on in a way and manner more in keeping with that as is desired to be builded in the experiences of the body.
3. In the physical body, we find the body has been under stress and strain physically AND mentally, so that there is a depletion of the energies and the vitality of the body, through the creating of those conditions in the mental body as make for congestions in portions of the system. These in the physical being prevent the eliminations in a normal way and manner, thus gradually blocking the system, as it were, producing through this those of areas or portions where disorders cause uneasiness, over distress through the non-activity of the system in a normal manner, thus bringing tendencies for the torpidity in the liver, the tendency for an internal rather than an external circulation, poor circulation to the capillaries, heaviness in the feet, pains at times through the hips and through the side. These, as we find, coming from these disorders. Bad tastes in the mouth, as it were. Headaches, or burning in the eyes, and pains through the neck and to the lower portion. These are rather as warnings, than as disorders that may not be removed, or relieved; for the activities of the body, as it has experienced, has made for an active PHYSICAL body and an active MENTAL body. WORRIMENT is bad.
4. In meeting the physical needs, we would take those of the rubs and of the massage that STIMULATE the capillary circulation, also making for a better elimination through the alimentary canal; not at the expense of other portions
5696-1 Page 2
of the system, but that that will make for the proper distribution of those forces as are in the system for assimilation, those forces as are USED energies being eliminated. Cabinet sweats, followed by salt rubs, with those of a low electrical vibration, will enliven the whole physical forces of the body. These, as we find, would be well to be taken in the beginning at least twice each week, until four to six have been taken, then they may be made farther apart. Either that of the general masseur, or that of the Class(?) System of Fume Bath.
5. In the mental forces of the body, we find these are constructive in their concept, yet with those things that come about that bring discouragements, or disarrangements of that as is of a pre-arranged nature for the mental development, brings those things that make for an even unbalancing. In meeting such, the body should - with its knowledge of creative forces, with its intuitive activities - be able to meet these rather with that, knowing that, KNOW in whom ye have believed, knowing He is able to keep that committed unto Him against any experience that may come to self, knowing that He doeth all things WELL, and that no one is tempted or tried beyond that which they are ABLE to bear, or that is not BEST for their SOUL and SPIRITUAL development; for as the Spirit is willing and the flesh and the carnal forces and desires of same are weak, so is the strength as may be had in HIM capable and WILL prevent any action that will be for the soul's undoing. That conditions arise that are hard to be understood from MAN'S own view of reasoning, know that, that which comes to pass is that builded, and that necessary for the proper building of the soul that may be one with the Creator. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Why do I stagger, and am so unsteady on my feet? (A) From toxic forces in system, produced by torpidity in hepatic circulation, especially in the liver and its functioning portion of system. With the cleansing of the system, both as to activities in alimentary canal and as to the stimulation in the circulatory system so as to furnish the renewed energy through the blood supply, taking same from those portions where they are slowed THROUGH the system to the capillaries, to the exterior portions, and to those of the locomotions - this dizziness, this tendency of vertigo, disappears.
7. (Q) Would it be better to go on where I am, or make a change? (A) As WE would find, there may be MANY - or at least SEVERAL places - where the body physical, the body mental, would be BETTER than going on in the present surroundings; for with discouragements, with the disruptions, the
5696-1 Page 3
disorders as have arisen in the mental being, in the physical surroundings, these make for barriers to be constantly worked against; but with renewed energy PHYSICALLY, renewed energy MENTALLY, as the body may find through those suggestions as given, there may be those places where better surroundings, more CONGENIAL, more easily adaptable to that for the better development of the body.
8. (Q) As change is best, what change shall I make? (A) As we would find would be - There ARE those TO whom, THROUGH whom, the body may dispose of those holdings, those conditions, to an advantage. Then, invest in those places, those SURROUNDINGS, that may be builded in a most satisfactory, or more SATISFACTORY way and manner. That these would appear to some to be, as it were, a backward step, or as to some as admitting of failure in some directions, if these may be made right with thine own conscience - and with that Creative Energy that builds and gives, and gives - then there IS no failure in thine experience!
9. (Q) Would satisfactory sale of property be possible now? (A) There have been those in Rocky Mount, in Roanoke, in other portions of that particular portion of the country, TO whom, THROUGH whom, satisfactory arrangements or sale may be made.
10. (Q) How will I be able to meet the bills for the running expenses of the business for the past nine months? (A) Let those that are past dead bury the past dead, see? DO NOT worry over that, that may NOT be helped. As the house is set in order for the changes, these will take care of themselves through their natural channels.
11. (Q) How will I best meet the mortgages on the property? (A) By the sale of same!
12. (Q) How can I raise money to carry on the business for the coming year? (A) We would make a change, and not raise it! There are other directions in which we would put the efforts!
13. (Q) What am I best fitted to do? (A) Counsel and advise with those in a motherly, matronly manner as labor with and for others, through their own struggles and development
14. (Q) Can I write? (A) CAN write!
15. (Q) Who was I in the past? (A) There are MANY varied conditions. These may best be reached through other CHANNELS, or through other records.
16. (Q) Is there a fortune in Wales left by one George or
5696-1 Page 4
Henry Wailes Ellis to his heirs in America? (A) Henry Wailes Ellis, as we find. This may best be followed through those listings of same with Lloyd's in London, and there would be some fifteen HUNDRED that would be eligible for an interest. These are not ALL in America. Some are in Australia. In following this, it would require some real activity on the part of the heads or branches of the family, but it's WORTH considering!
17. (Q) Where can we find the records of the heirs in America? (A) This, as has been given, the first is with Lloyd's in London these that first CAME to America. Then through the regular genealogical actions of such developments, may these be traced - see?
18. (Q) Where in Wales will we find out about the money? (A) Go to Lloyd's first!
19. (Q) Where did George or Henry Wailes Ellis live in Wales? (A) These we may all find in the records in Lloyd's.
20. (Q) How can I best further the plans intended for me? (A) Keeping in attune, or in accord with that as speaks oft from within. Think not as to who will ascend to make known His will, or who would go that we may hear, but HIS Spirit beareth witness with thy Spirit, and making one's will in accord with that as speaks from within gives the sure knowledge and understanding of what HE would have us do.
