1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, there are many abnormal conditions in the body as we find it in the developing phase. The conditions as exist are one of improper coordination between the cerebrospinal nerves and those of the sensory organism and that affect indirectly those of the sympathetic system, so that the specific condition as exists affects not only the developing of the mental forces in the body but those of the organs of the sensory system, as well as the locomotory nerves of the body. The physical forces in the organs themselves are not all of a normal development. The conditions may be improved by giving those elements for the system that will increase the nerve extension as it were of the cerebrospinal nerve ganglion along the whole length of the spinal column. Give manipulation to the entire spinal column, especially increasing the flow of the blood to the thyroid glands and stimulating the muscular forces about the sacrum and by giving vibration to the body as would be found in this:
2. To two gallons of rain water we would add one pound of plain charcoal, one pound of heavy sea salt, one pound of copper sulfate, one ounce of sulfuric acid, C.P., and four drams of zinc. This should be charged with a low amperage with high voltage for thirty minutes, or until it will register as much as six ohms. While being charged and while being given to the body there would be also in this - those of iodine - one pound container well corked. The poles would both be of copper and one plate from the pole would be attached to the body - that is both wires attached to one pole - first at the first and second cervicals, next at the third and fourth dorsals then at the ninth and tenth dorsals, then at the last lumbar for twenty minutes each evening. It will be necessary to recharge this from time to time in using on the body; when it has gone lower than one and one-half to two ohms it should be recharged. The manipulation would be over the whole spine, but especially as outlined. We will find this will assist this body to gain equilibrium and coordination throughout the system and make its existence on this plane or sphere less of a hardship. Do that.
