Time of Reading 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5726].

3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions. These, as we find, arise from conditions of malformation in the period of development in the body. These have not attached themselves to the brain forces, but produce pressures that cause the lack of normal reflexes in the activity of the body.

4. The accumulations have been those as indicated, from risings in the ears, and lie at the upper portion of the lower part or lobe of the brain. These are conditions between the flexes, and the reflexes produced are not regular. While there is growth of the body, growth in retention, there is not normal growth between the impulses that arise from the reflexes to the brain or sensory system, as that of speech; as that at times of hearing; and that of vision. There is not nominal vision to the body, for it is apparently greatly exaggerated at times, and at other times cross-wise or in reverse. These are conditions as we find them.

5. While the growth is nominal, some retarding of the great pain and restlessness could be brought about if we administer that which would act with the circulation to remove the conditions before they become, as it were, scar tissue that would hinder continually. We may bring about by the time there is the second cycle [14th yr.] near normal conditions for the body.

6. The conditions in the structural portions are very good. The reflexes are good. The activity of the organs as lungs, heart, liver and kidneys are normal, except at times. While

5726-1 Page 2

the general reflexes in the sympathetic system are at variance at times, organs of the sensory system are more affected because of the position of the hindrances or the malformations that would come to head; they have broken and need to be eliminated without producing scar tissue.

7. We would use the medicinal properties which may be carried to the body vibratorially by the Wet Cell Appliance. Because of the age of the individual, these necessarily must be light, thus make the strength of the solution for the Appliance of low electrical charge, and carrying Spirits of Camphor which would be attached to the base of the brain or 1st cervical. The Nitrate of Silver to enter the body in the brachial plexus, or that between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dorsal, or one time when this is used, it should be used in the upper portion of the 2nd and the next time in the portion of the 2nd, or between the 2nd and 3rd, and between 1st and 2nd. That is, the small copper plate. The strength of the solution should be Spirits of Camphor, commercial strength. The Nitrate of Silver, one ounce of two percent solution, and then add one ounce of distilled water and one ounce of the active principles as go with same. In making the application to the body of the large plate through which solutions pass vibratorially let it be at the umbilical plexus, or that which causes activity to the circulation where assimilation takes place for food value, for here we may enter the circulation in a more uniform manner. To this body it would be, for the mother, the width of two fingers from the navel center directly to the right side, and one finger up. Attach the large plate here, which passes through the solution of Camphor. Do this each day for thirty minutes, one day using the Camphor, the next day the Nitrate of Silver. The Appliance should be attached, would be attached preferably when the body is ready to retire, and it would remain more quiet. This will not only tend to quiet and cause the body to rest, for there is little charge that will be felt, but it is of sufficient strength to carry the solutions into the body in radiation and absorption of the activity upon the pressures hindering development of the body.

8. Change solution in the Appliance every thirty days. Disconnect the connections from the solution when not in use. Keep them very clean. Do make the connections firm, but not binding. These may be connected with tape. Do these regularly, and in six to eight months we will give further instructions. Some of the solutions will need changing. Do that.

9. When the body is being prepared for dressing in the

5726-1 Page 3

morning, not while it is asleep, but when it awakens, do give the body a massage. Following the bath, massage the area from the base of the brain to at least the middle portion of the back, down either side, away from the head; along the side of the spine and along the central and sympathetic nervous systems. Massage gently, but deep and it should be done thoroughly. Use cocoa butter in the massage, using a rotary motion, and away from the head.

10. Keep good eliminations.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Why doesn't he continue his urination? (A) These are the reflexes upon the organs of the body. At times he does, and at other times he doesn't.

13. (Q) What causes the crying spells and what can be done to quiet him? (A) These are the pressures; poor reflexes between the suggestive forces to the body and those of pressure. They are real pressures to the imaginative, as well as the central nervous system. Remember, through the application of these suggestions, we may gradually remove the sources or causes of the pain. Don't grow weary because this seems long and tedious. It will be worth the time, but be sincere. Though there may be times when there may be trouble in making the applications, as has been indicated, and this is to be taken into consideration, we would give the body the Appliance treatment when it is ready to retire. It will aid the body in sleeping, and by the second or third month the body should begin to show definite improvements. Do not miss a day in the use of the Appliance. Use one solution one day, and the other the next day, for thirty minutes each day, and don't forget the massage in the morning. It won't be long before he will come to like these and desire them, for they will bring relief, as has been indicated.

14. (Q) Why does he press his teeth against objects? (A) Read just what has been given. These are pressures upon the reflexes between the brain and the nervous system of the body. Do what has been outlined, and you will bring relief for this body.
