1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the conditions and the cause of the existing conditions; also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Now, we find that which produces the abnormal conditions in this body are somewhat out of the ordinary. In the condition there are many things that go to make up that that is abnormal.
3. Now, these are the conditions as we find them in this body, [5739], we are speaking of. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very good in many ways, yet there would be times, were the test of same taken, that the reaction would indicate many various conditions, both with the kidneys and with the general system. This, as we see, is produced by this unusual condition in the eliminations of the system.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this the greater seat of the trouble, for we find one of the principal causes of the existent abnormal conditions produced by that which has been applied to the system for the subjugation of the nerve systems, and in this reaction there has been produced, with the subluxation existent in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal, and in the 4th and 5th cervical, a condition that, in conjunction with the increased pressure, produces, on the ganglions as are branched from this portion of the body to the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve system, this peculiar condition as becomes existent along the spine, and the condition as is existent in the eliminating organs from same, for, with this overtaxed condition as is produced, when this spasmodic condition exists between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, we have the surcharge of the plexus from this portion of the body to the muscles and tissue of the UPPER portion of the body, until they become almost rigid, and a reaction to the lower portion from same, disturbing the stomach and digestion, and, when reflections come from same, disturbing the emunctories, especially of the liver.

These becoming overcharged, shows the effects through the kidneys. See how these all come together? In this region, then, lies the principal trouble, though there are many reflexes as are seen from same.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, in the sensory system, this reaction as exists from the tie-up in the cerebrospinal and sympathetic, we often have that reaction that is aggravating to the sensory organism. Hence distresses come to eyes, to throat, to nasal cavities, and the sensation over the whole body, as of being too full of everything
7. In the throat, bronchials, larynx, these organically very good.
8. Heart's action shows the effect of this condition as exists in blood at times, and in the general nerve system.
9. The liver torpid in its activity, as a general condition, and overactive at others, when there has been supplied that to the system which acts directly with the emunctory forces of same.
10. The congestion through the lower portion of the digestive system and colon shows the effects of these various conditions as have been brought to bear in the body.
11. Then, to overcome this condition, we would of necessity have to correct through more than one means, to create an equilibrium in the nerve system, in the blood supply, and in the functioning of the organs as are deranged, as it were, by this existent condition.
12. First, it would be necessary to correct, osteopathically, chiropractically, or neuropathically, or all combined, that condition as exists, especially, in the 3rd and 4th dorsal, and in the 4th and 5th cervical, applying heat (wet heat) to the body before such adjustments or manipulations were given to correct this condition, for, with the releasing of the tension, without proper adjustment, we have an overflow FROM this plexus, both to the heart and to the digestive system, with a contraction of the condition in the upper portion of body.
13. Then we would give in the system that which will be as a food for the nerve tissue, and for the system as is builded in same through the ductless glands of the system. That as we will find in Chloride of Gold with Soda, taking: Chloride of Gold...............10 grains, Distilled Water................15 ounces, Soda (Bicarbonate of Soda).....30 grains. The dose would be 3 to 5 drops in water twice each day.

14. After the manipulation or massage, we would apply, directly after treating, that vibration found in the Violet Ray, STRONG, especially across the cervical and the upper dorsal region. This will necessitate at least 10 to 15 such adjustments, reduced by heat first, and at least the full quantity of the Gold, with the application of the Violet Ray following each of the treatments by adjusting and massaging. Do that.
15. The diet should be kept in accord with the rebuilding of a cleansed blood system. Not over amount of meats. Fowl or fish may be taken in small quantities. As much green vegetable food as can be well taken by the body, never taking too much acid with any of same. Little or no vinegar, then, with any of the foods. Not too much sweets, but sufficient to make palatable to the body.
16. We are through for the present.
