Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time.

1. GC: You will have before you the question of sex and sex relations as related to delinquency of the teens and younger ages. You will give such information on this subject as indicated could be given through this channel as a warning at this time. Indicate that which should be used for publication and application by Charles Austin Rice and A. K. Swartz present here. You will answer the questions that may be asked:

2. EC: [After repeating suggestion in an undertone] Yes, we have the question here regarding sex and sex relationships, the influence that is manifested in the lives of the people as a whole in this country; with relationship to delinquency in the teen age.

3. In giving, then, that as we find from here, it is well that you who are considering being of aid to others in meeting or facing this problem at this time be given something not exactly as a history but as a review - for the moment - of the causes, and how these causes apply in the experience of the individuals and the nations as a whole.

4. First, we would begin then at the beginnings; man's advent into materiality or into a material world and becoming as individual bodies of the world, who became observing of this fact in the material world from that he (man and woman) saw in the earth. Hence it is given in thy writings of Scripture (although in a hidden manner, ye may observe if ye will look) how Adam named those that were brought before him in creation. Their NAME indicates to the carnal mind their relationships in the sex condition or question. Hence the question ye seek is as old as or older than man.

5. This has been the problem throughout man's experience or man's sojourn in the earth; since taking bodily form, with the attributes of the animal in which he had PROJECTED himself as a portion of, that he might through the self gain

that activity which was visualized to him in those relationships in the earth.

6. Hence slow has been the progress through the ages. And as has been seen, and as may be gained by a study of man's development, this question of the causes, of the relationships in those directions, has ever been a problem before man.

7. This is ever, and will ever be, a question, a problem, until there is the greater spiritual awakening within man's experience that this phase biologically, socialogically, or even from the analogical experience, must be as a stepping-stone for the greater awakening; and as the exercising of an influence in man's experience in the Creative Forces for the reproduction of species, rather than for the satisfying or gratifying of a biological urge within the individual that partakes or has partaken of the first causes of man's encasement in body in the earth.

8. These conditions, then, as a very sketch, are the problems to be met that exist in this country, this land. As we find, they, the conditions in the social life, in the marital life, in the experience of groups of various characters, confront the world, the country, the home, the individual, today. Various problems of the same nature are in various lands, because of THEIR own individual aspect of such conditions, owing to the rule by certain political or so-called religious influences that are a portion of the laws or rules or regulations under which these attempt to direct or to govern the social relationships of man and woman. Then, what is the condition, what is wrong, and how may same be corrected - UNDER the existent conditions?

9. For these that would be of a help must of necessity take the conditions as they EXIST, and not as they would LIKE to have them. These EXIST because of certain definite facts that have been indicated, in how that first there was seen that which brought about desire. This awoke within the various forms or manners the result of such relationships in individuals, and brought about certain relationships - and eventually man's encasement within a body which through the ages has gradually developed, with the varied activities that have influenced and been influenced by those very same questions - as they exist today.

10. So, then, give ye unto men as this: Train ye the child when he is young, and when he is old he will not depart from the Lord. Train HIM, train HER, train THEM rather in the sacredness of that which has come to them as a privilege, which has come to them as a heritage; from a falling away, to be sure, but through the purifying of the body in

thought, in act, in certainty, it may make for a peoples, a state, a nation, that may indeed herald the coming of the Lord. For this is the problem, that ye keep the law and present same as holy to those who seek. Who seeks? EVERY child born into the earth, from the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years begins to find there is something that takes place within its BODY - and that it is DIFFERENT; not as animals, though the ANIMAL instinct is there, of the biological urge, that is a law! For that is the source of man's undoing. But ye who set yourselves as examples in the order of society, education, Christian principles, religious thought, religious ideals, hold rather than to anything else to that LOVE which is UN-sexed! For He hath given that in the heavenly state, in the higher forces, there is neither marriage nor giving in marriage; for they are as ONE! Yet ye say ye are in the earth, ye are born with the urge! The awakening, then, must come from within; here a little, there a little. Each soul, each body, that is preserved unto Him as a channel of blessings has received and does receive that within itself which makes for the greater abilities for awakening within the hearts, minds, souls and bodies of the young who question "what will I do with the biological urge that arises?" PURIFY same in service to Him, in expressions of love; in expressions of the fruits of the spirit, which are: Gentleness, kindness, brotherly love, long-suffering. THESE are the fruits, and these as the urge of sex are in the nature of the association of ideas, conditions or positions as related to the various conditions about the body. Then set the activity in motion and these become either that which takes hold on hell or that which builds to the kingdom within.

11. (Q) Are there any sex practices that should be abolished - (A) (Interrupting) There are many sex PRACTICES in the various portions of this land, as in other lands, that should be - MUST be - abolished. HOW? Only through the education of the YOUNG! Not in their teen age, for THEN they are set! When there are activities or speech not explained within the sound or sight of those in their formative years, they, TOO, must one day satisfy that which caused men to come into body-form - EXPERIENCE same THEMSELVES! Then, by word and by act keep the life CLEAN! The urge is inborn, to be sure; but if the purpose of those who bring individuals into being is only for expressing the beauty and love of the Creative Forces, or God, the urge is different with such individuals. Why? It's the law; it's the LAW!

12. (Q) Should anything about this sex teaching be included in the book by Austin Rice? (A) There has been a presentation of same in that already given, as indicated; - but this must of necessity be cut, changed - altered somewhat, or edited in such a manner that those PRINCIPLES as here presented may be as the basis of that sent or given to the public. In THAT manner, yes, give same. Much may be given on any phase of this subject; that is, sex in relationship to the teen age; sex in relationship to the young man and young woman; sex in relationship to the home. But these would only be as a phase or a portion of the whole. Prepare or present that which has been given you, in such a way that it may be - AS IT IS - a PRACTICAL thing. For unless it may be sanctioned by the powers that RULE and influence the God-given forces of man, little may be accomplished.

13. We are through for the present.
