1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find this body is very good throughout. There are some abnormal conditions that may be corrected in this body. They have to do with the nerve forces in the effect as their affectation produces on the system. We have some conditions that may be corrected through elimination.
2. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body, [5759] we are speaking of: Through the blood supply in the system we find there is a great taxation on the system, and the blood supply by the taxing of the nerve energy throughout the system. This produces a lack of the vital forces necessary in the blood, to at all times, furnish sufficient vital force to keep the body at the highest physical fit condition. In numbers the red blood are sufficient in quantity, but not always in quality, for with the used energy the abundance of the white blood produces the strain over the system, as we find at times the body has the sensation of a tingling, as it were, throughout the whole system, especially, in the extremities and in portion of the truck portion of the body.
3. In the nerve system we find the centers, especially, those to the extremities or that about the brachial plexus and the sacral plexus, the excitement to these centers produced by the strain on the nerve system. The recuperative forces are very good in nerve energy on account of the abundance of the white blood forces, but it is to the detriment of the better or higher forces of the vital portions of the body, for with the overstrain on the system, this once broken would be very detrimental to the whole body. In some respects we find those elements of high temperature as has been produced in times back in this body have been to a good for the body, but the vitality and resistance was broken in many respects, hence the care the body should take, else we will find that the long after-effects will produce to the ligaments in the extremities, this lack of the sufficient secretions to produce the perfect functioning of these portions of the system, see, or, in other words, will produce stiffened

joints and ligaments in the extremities in the years to come.
4. In the functioning of the organs themselves, we find the brain forces very good, given to detail work and to expansion of ideas as given to the developing of these centers themselves, for they multiply well in the cerebellum and in the brain store room or the cranium proper, see. The strain on the nervous system is showing the lack of eliminating properly from used forces in the sensory organism, hence the dullness at times to the responding nerve energy to the organs of the sensory system. The throat, larynx and bronchials show the strain and the over-exertion of the functioning secreting forces here as has been produced in times back in the system. The lungs, very good, though the cells show the effect of circulation, which is normal, not abnormal for this body. The digestive tract shows the strain on the nerve system and through the pneumogastric center, there is at present the extra secretions as thrown out by the system. The liver and hepatic circulation, fairly normal for the condition in the system. The kidneys and the organs of the pelvis show this overtaxation in the body. At times there are some local conditions in the system that are being met by the recuperative forces of the white blood system.
5. To give the perfect balance to this body would be to give the physical rest in the open where the exercise would be to the extremities, and the rough, coarse foods and work to the rebuilding of the system, see. Medicinal properties for the system are very little needed if this line is taken. With the strain on the strain on the system would be well to use some of the forces to produce the balance, see, take this: Gum Camphor................10 grains, Sulphate of Morphia.......1/8 grain, Muriate of Iron............20 grains.
6. Mix well and make into twenty capsules or pellets, pellets better with the present state of atmospheric conditions. The dose would be one each evening. The better for the body would be rest and rough, coarse treatment to the physical forces. [5759], see.
7. (Q) What kind of exercises should be taken? (A) Those that would be in the open and rest, see, rough.
8. (Q) Do you mean like playing golf or something like that? (A) Better if it was far away from all those elements with just the congeniality forces, plenty of water within and without, and rest and camp life, like that, see - physical and mental rest, see. Or with the forces as given as
5759-1 Page 3
stimulation. It is only putting off and giving the system time to recuperate, see.
9. (Q) What causes the lump to form in the upper portions of stomach at times? (A) Contraction of the pneumogastric centers, as we have given - nerve strain.
10. (Q) How long will it take before this body is normal again? (A) Depending upon what is used to bring the body to its physical fit condition. With out doors, exercise and rough will be three to four weeks. With the strain on the system and with those elements to give stimulation would be from four to five moons, depending upon how much energy is used during that time, see.
11. (Q) What causes the nervous system to be overtaxed? (A) Over stimulation through the whole vital forces, that is, the body taxes the physical and the mental beyond its ability to recuperate through the amount of physical rest given to the body, physically and mentally, see.
12. (Q) Would it be better for this body not to smoke cigarettes? (A) To this body it is a stimulus and not an excess. In part it is better to keep it.
13. (Q) Have you anything else to say regarding this body? (A) Do as we have given, and we will bring the best to this body.
